I had the Axonics trial surgery done for the bladder and within a few hours I was 99% improved. Within the next week the permanent procedure was done.I feel like I went back in time to my thirties. I am 73 years old. It was a total success. I am very lucky, so don’t be afraid. Try it and you will be so glad you did. You will be a new person.

I needed the prostate turp surgery. I took a lot of time researching urologists. I felt the most confortable with Dr. Tsai. This Doctor is a miracle worker. Very happy with the office staff as well.

Staff is very busy but very friendly and competent. Dr. Tsai is exemplary and it becomes obvious with your first visit that he listens and leads the team in a like manner.

I found Dr Tsai to be a very knowledgeable doctor in his field. He has done more for me in the 6 months that I have been seeing him than my previous urologist for 15+ years. He listens and explains things. I'm glad that my friend referred me to him.

Arrived at Hospital on 3/28/23 in serious pain, after ultrasound they drained 2 liters of urine from my bladder. I was encouraged to contact Dr. Tsai's office for treatment, which I did immediately. I received an appointment the next day because of the seriousness of the issue (my urethra was totally blocked). Within days I had several test procedures done and then scheduled for outpatient surgery (TURP), after several day I was basically "back to normal". Dr. Tsai was professional, serious and business like. Got to the root of the problem and solved the issue. Would recommend Encore Urology and Dr. Tsai to anyone. Larry Holland

Dr. Tsai and his team are top notch professionals. He is a fantastic Urologist and his staff is caring and efficient. Dr. Tsai takes the time to sit down and explain procedures and answer questions keeping me 100% informed along the way. I had multiple office appointments and two hospital visits - all of which were on time and delivered an outstanding experience for me as a patient!

I was referred to Dr. Tsai from Physicians Regional due to blood in the urine. I was told by my primary that it was minuscule and nothing to worry about. That some people have this. However Dr. Tsai ordered a test for me without my consent. He never told me what the test would be for and never followed up with my results. I only found out about it when I received a bill for $444.00. This was my portion of a $1700 lab charge. The billing person Maria was rude, loud and unhelpful. Their nurse would seemed like Nurse Ratchet. Rather then caring that I knew my result of this test she withheld the information saying I had to come down to the office. Then when I asked again, she reluctantly stated the test was negative. I would never go to this Dr. let alone this practice again. I do not recommend anyone in this office.
