I have seen Dr. Biggs and his PA. Never have to wait long and so far it’s been a very good experience. Both of them have a very nice bedside manner and neither are rushing to do anything unnecessary.

I’ve only had my initial appointment with Dr Biggs but I was very impressed with his professionalism and comforting demeanor. As nervous as I am about my upcoming surgeries I trust Dr Biggs and feel I will be in very capable and expert hands.

Dr Biggs did an excellent job explaining the procedure and what to expect. A very compassionate person and a great listener. I will be using him for my other knee replacement in the fall.

I had my knee replaced by Dr. Biggs and the entire experience was horrific. When I woke from the surgery I had a bruise that went half way around my leg from my thigh down to my ankle. A logical reason was never given to me as to why this had happened. Ive had a number of surgeries and never had a bruise on me. You wont be able to get through to the office as they have the answering machines on until around 12 PM. I was very sick from the pain medication and need to be seen by a doctor. The nurse finally called me back at 200 PM and told me no one could see me. She wanted to know the problem but never rectified the medication issue. Dont waste your time with the nurse. The physical therapy was a hardcore push to use Biggs facility and I was talked out of having the home care for two weeks. The facility is terrible I could have done a better job myself. You wont have electric stimulation nor will they message your muscles. Biggs facility basically does nothing.

Dr. Biggs used the Omnibotics procedure to replace my knee. My age is 79 but after 2 weeks I was off cane and able to drive to a weekend event. At 4 weeks I was riding a bike and walking to the beach. Plus the incision is hardly noticeable. Only problem was leg cramps at night however they were dissipating by 5 weeks. Highly recommend for knees.

Had double TKR April 22nd. Within 12 weeks I was riding my bike 19 miles every other day around Conesus Lake in New York State. Also playing doubles tennis and winning. I had no pain after 2 weeks. Im very pleased at the results. Great Doctor.
