They promise you the world during the sale to earn your business of course. Before I agreed to purchase a service I explained I work FT and can only do evening or Sat appts to which they said was no problem. I scheduled for a Sat many weeks out due to limited availability which is understandable. No problem. About 3 weeks prior to my scheduled appt they called me to tell me they needed to reschedule it bc someone wont be able to make it to work that day. They rescheduled me during my work week. They said they had nothing else unless I wanted to wait a few more weeks before coming in. I made arrangements with work to get off Thursday afternoon to get it done and over with. 2 days prior to they canceled my appt again. They said its bc I didnt confirm on time. They sent me one email on 118 to confirm my 1111 appt. I didnt see that one as I was on work travel. They sent me one on 119 and I clicked to confirm at which time it told me my appt was canceled. NO PHONE CALLS. NO TEXTS. 2 emails and canceled 2 days prior to my appt. I called and they couldnt fit me back in. They had already given away my slot. Waiting on manager to call me back. I want a refund bc I cant deal with this type of business practice.
