Can’t get through on the phone or through the portal. Sent a message 8/10 & still no response 8/20.
Never got to see him. After waiting over one month to see him, being referred by my doctor I was called the day before my appointment to tell me that he did not see people who had been a patient of Dr. Patel. There was no consideration given that I needed to see him or someone in his office. I was told that he told his staff that he would not see me. I really don't understand the two doctors' arrangement. My internal doctor made the appointment for me with this doctor, they should have advised her of this issue. How would a patient know what was going on behind the scene? After reading some of the reviews I can see what I almost got myself into.
Top best doctor I have ever seen. My whole family now sees him. He saved my life.
Dr. Martin was excellent and very knowledgeable! His office ran on time and everyone seemed nice at the front desk. I was happy with the time he spent with me and he didn’t try to rush me out.
The point of setting an appt is to receive medical attention. The doctor refused to see us because we were not there 30 min prior to appt, and we needed to see him asap for serious respiratory problems. one staff member was sooooooo rude, she didnt care because we were late , but people work and we were willing to wait and have others in front of us. She simply said sorry, you need to re-schedule and didnt care that we work and that is not feasible as when you miss work you dont get paid. I hope that she or a member of her family ever need immediate medical attention and she is refused and turned away like we were like a number. the point of health care profession is to have empathy and compassion for those less fortunate and sick that need medical attention. We have never experienced this lack of compassion and this staff person should not in this field. Its unfortunate how she didnt care about us and that we were desperate to see the doctor where my husband doesnt fall asleep as he fears that he cant breathe. she didnt care, all she said was ' you have to reschedule' we need to keep the doctor on schedule so he can leave on time'.. what?????? Doctors become Doctors to help people, period!!
Great doctor very friendly and helped me with my lung cancer, I'm now healthy thanks to him.
He saved my life in the hospital. I followed up with him in his office. He took his time with me and my family. He was the only one that could diagnose me correctly and get me back to normal. He took his time and showed empathy and compassion. My family will only see him from now on.
The office staff, with particular emphasis on the office manager had a total lack of professionalism and empathy. I called the office six times because I was concerned I might be late, at 2:00 pm (after lunch), no one ever picked up the phone so all I could do was to leave a message that I might be late. The office had no identification on the outside directory that would allow one to find the office location. After spending 30 minutes looking, they refused my appointment because I was late.
I had problems from the start of treatment for apnea administrative staff lacks courtesy and professionalism, and Dr. Martin walks hurry to finish the session with the patient without explaining the progress and scope of treatment for apnea

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
