Moved to Florida about a year ago and went to another dermatologist because the earliest appointment with Dr. Thomas was about 6 months out. What a mistake. Finally went to see Dr. Thomas today. What a difference The staff was professional and friendly as was the doctor. She took her time doing the skin check that I was there for and explained all the different moles blemishes and other skin issues I had. There was hardly any wait time in the waiting room before seeing the Dr. and I didnt have to wait long once in the exam room. It was nice to go to a doctors office where the entire team cares about your well being.

Worst experience EVER Scheduled an appointment with Dr. Thomas about a year in advance. The day before my appointment they called to change the time from 400 PM to 930 AM. The excuse was that the scheduling staff Jodie screwed up and booked back to back new patients me being one. I had taken time off of work with loss of income to make the appointment. I am in health care as well and had no way to reschedule my morning patients with no notice and be so inconsiderate as to do to my patient’s what they did to me. There solution was to reschedule me at a time in the middle of the day times we reserve for retired patients not people who need to work full time to make ends meet that would require a lot of additional lost income. If the doctor allows her staff’s incompetence to supersede the health and well being of her patients I would strongly recommend people seek care elsewhere

Pleasant and professional staff. Dr Thomas nurse Renae and the receptionist whose name I forgot to notice were all kind caring and knowledgeable people. Thank you all.

Three baselcell removed. Dr Thomas used the Mohs procedure. She obtained clear margins with first attempts. She is very efficient and precise. Made all of this painless. I really appreciate Dr Jacqueline Thomas.

I am terribly afraid of doctors any kind and to my surprise Dr. Thomas is gentle understanding knowledgeable and outstanding. I never hesitate to make an appointment with her. I am so lucky to have found her.
