Actually, they were wonderful! Nurse and PA really listen. After talking to Dr Guerra I could tell they were in close communication which I appreciated. I brought in my own X-ray and MRI. They both (Doctor and PA) looked them over very carefully. Dr Guerra was sensitive to the fact I wanted to take a conservative approach for treatment.

Dr Guerra took me in on short notice right after the storm after a cancellation and repaired my torn quad tendon. Went in worried, but Dr Guerra and staff are very re-assuring, and I am VERY happy with the results. Everyone from Dr Guerra, assistants, office staff and rehab facility is TOP notch. He's very busy for good reason!!

My surgery took only 1.5 hours and I was able to be discharged from the hospital the next day. I chose to have the optional stem cell extraction done prior to the surgery (stem cells are processed and injected into the surgical site). I had very little pain post-surgery, possibly due to the stem cell procedure. I have been in physical therapy twice per week for the last 2 months and am making good progress. My arm mobility has improved markedly and I am able to perform all my activities of daily living.Dr. Guerra is an outstanding surgeon and I would highly recommend him to anyone investigating possible joint surgery. His clinical staff members are caring, thorough, and professional. The physical therapy staff at his clinic do an excellent job to insure joint mobility post-surgery.

Dr. Guerra replaced both of my shoulders. He is a great surgeon. His staff is organized, on time and professional. You may have to wait for a surgery date but he's worth the wait.

Shoulder pain issues due to a bone spur. Dr. Guerra performed an arthroscopic surgery to open the space, and clean up the surface of the rotator cuff that was being scuffed, all to enable me to get back to playing tennis, pickleball and the full range of weight lifting movement to enhance strength while avoiding the prior pain. Recovery has been fast and mostly pain free, so I'm very happy with his diagnosis, surgical success, and explaining everything about the condition and expectations of the surgical outcome. It is early in the total recovery, but success seems absolute with the positive healing progress so far, 8 weeks after surgery.
