I usually see Terry Smith Nurse Practitioner! She is awesome! Always takes time to go over all my symptoms and concerns. I never feel rushed and she always listens! Love this group! The office staff is wonderful and treat you like family!

Just trying to get someone to call is more frustrating than the problem I'm having. Was referred by my physician, but took a couple of weeks to get a returned call. The person on the phone asked me to get unbelievable amount of info before the Dr would even consider me. Called my Dr and the assistant there said she would get everything that was needed and would call and send the info. Been a couple of weeks and no call yet. Tried calling and got their famous voice mail. Not going to this Doctor. Very inconsiderate of patients. Does not appreciate referrals from good doctors I guess. I would stay away.

Very pleased with Dr Alper and his staff. I was referred to him by my GP. Was able to get an appointment with a week (in the summer). He was very thorough at my first appointment and ordered tests to rule out and/or confirm his diagnosis. He was able to diagnosis my condition quickly and prescribed treatments that are helping me. His staff is also great. I have noticed some poor reviews from a while back regarding his staff...in my opinion, those issues have been thoroughly resolved. Scheduling, check in, check out, and his nursing staff all deserve 5 stars. Without giving too many details, they have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. Top notch practice!!

I have been seeing Dr. Alper since he first came to Naples. He is an EXCELLENT physician. I have Lupus and have gone through every treatment available and Dr. Alper has always found something else. He is fantastic! I know this because there are some really lousy rheumatologists around. His staff are equally great. You do not have to see his PA if it makes you uncomfortable.

He was very familiar with my conditions and has a great bedside manor. I highly recommend him. I have had psoriatic arthritis and fibromyalgia for years and he knew exactly what to do for me. I am now receiving infusions and they are working very well.
