Dr. Bevins is a wonderful practitioner. I find her informed, confident and knowledgeable . She is easy to talk to and performs a very thorough exam. Her office staff is pleasant and competent. Coming from out of state I am so thankful to have found her!

Dr. Bevins is a compassionate physician. She listens to your concerns and explains everything in detail. She truly cares for your well being.

Dr. Bevins is an excellent gyno doctor and the office/nurse staff is great. Had a wonderful pre natal and delivery experience a few years. I now have a healthy five year old. Great bed side manner and explains everything in detail. You can tell she really cares for her patients. A few months ago, I was going through an emotional breakdown and was desperately needing more information about my moms diagnosis at the time. Dr. Bevins was able to find time to speak with me and explained everything. I left the office with more clarity and hope. The way that she and the office handled my situation with utmost compassion and empathy- I will never forget. Sandy who works at the front office. She’s a gem. She really helped me find availability to speak with Dr Bevins during such a desperate situation. She is so caring and helpful. I am their patient for life!

Dr. Bevins has been an excellent and trusted physician of mine for 7 years. Unfortunately, the SW Florida Women's Group has taken on far more patients than the practice can handle. It's nearly impossible to get an appointment and/or a response from staff in a timely manner. I struggled through the past couple of years out of loyalty and empathy during the pandemic. However, my patience has now run out and I am done with fighting for an annual appointment scheduled 15 months out and rude phone staff. It is an untenable situation.

Dr Bevins is a wonderful OBGYN. She is so smart and knowledgeable about every aspect of pregnancy - and also calm when teaching you about each stage. She gives you plenty of time at each appointment. Her nursing staff is very responsive and allowed me to come in for 2 different extra appointments when I asked questions in their online portal. The front desk is also accommodating and friendly. I’ve had such a wonderful experience for both of my pregnancies and felt it very good hands - thank you Dr Bevins!

First appointment I was only able to get an ultrasound but not able to meet with my doctor since they had an emergency which I was very understanding off and took off more time off work to come in once again. It was all downhill from there. I am so disappointed by the treatment of the staff and nurses. I had to reschedule one appointment which led to having to leave a voicemail a day for an entire week just to finally be called back and told that my dr would be out of town but it was time sensitive that I be seen since I am about to hit 13 weeks. I was forwarded to another voicemail which didn't really strike me as the appropriate action from a nurse mentioning time sensitive appointments. NO ONE called me back until the week when my dr (Bevins) was already out of town. I finally received a call back from the nurses station after leaving yet another voicemail asking for my medical records. The nurse did not show any sympathy or even asked why I was switching doctors nor did her tone show that she even cared. Why would she I guess, it's not her first baby nor her practice I suppose. She then mentioned my genetic testing labs were not complete as I thought they were due to MY NO SHOW. NO SHOW?? So what is the point of calling in to cancel and leave a voicemail to reschedule as the system requires you to do. This felt to me that the nurse would rather put the blame on me instead of acknowledging that a ball was dropped and I did not receive a call back until the following Monday after several messages and speaking to a live nurse who put me through to another voicemail. After a miscarriage, I have much anxiety over my pregnancy, it's hard enough to wait in between appointments to make sure everything is okay without having to work with an office who clearly doesn't care. Since I was not asked about why I was switching or seeing what could be done, I resorted to posting here which I NEVER do. That is how sad and frustrated this mom to be is. All I hope is that everything is okay once I am finally able to get my second ultrasound 14 weeks in.

Dr. Bevins is amazing! She's been my OB for years and I've always had a good experience. She is very polite and takes the time to explain if you have questions. Does a great job of giving information and all options so you can make educated decisions. I'm am currently pregnant, so I have gone to her office more often recently and the visits have all been comfortable and helpful. Staff is very friendly and the remodeled office is beautiful. They are usually pretty close to being on time, on occasion you have to wait, but nothing outrageous. Highly recommend Dr. Bevins and SWFL women's group.

Dr Bevins is a 6 star physician on a 5 star rating scale. She is knowledgeable, thorough and kind. I am thankful to have her as my physician.
