I have been his patient for several years, He is a caring and thorough physician and I know since I am a physician. I recently had a severe medical issue and he went out of his way to get me a specialist appointment.

I felt processed and dismissed. He looks at his laptop pc more than he looks at you. You wait ages then you’re out in 2 minutes. Very impersonal, very disinterested. That’s IF you get to see him at all. Usually he’s booked solid. Actually that’s a blessing because then you get the lovely Nurse Practitioner who is very good - everything you’d want in a Doc. But Best himself is far from best. I try to avoid going to see him now, obviously not a good sign.

Great Doctor

Great doctor. He was my pcp for almost 18 years. He was always pleasant. He never acted rushed but took time to give information and answer questions. I always felt he had my best interests at heart. I miss him. I’d go back to him immediately if he came back to Indiana.

Dr. Best was my pcp, when I lived in Indiana and I can’t say enough. He was skilled, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. He listened carefully, thoroughly evaluating and discussing symptoms and testing. Most M.D.’s clearly convey irritation when questions are asked, but not Dr. Best. He patiently addressed any questions, never giving the impression that my health information was none of my concern, or that I had no right to ask. Excellent bedside manner, phenomenal doctor, who genuinely cares about the patient’s health and the quality of service he provides them. I wish he was still my pcp, I could sure use a great doctor at this point in life. I highly recommend him. Thank you, Dr. Best, for the wonderful care I received when visiting your medical practice. Absolutely the best. Never had a doctor with such dedication to his patients as Dr. Best. He is also a true gentleman, courteous and sensitive to the needs of the patient. He also runs a very organized office with employees that are knowledgeable and go beyond to help you. I am very lucky to have Dr. Best as my primary physician.

I’ve seen this doctor but always was accompanied by my ex-husband, during every visit he would ask my ex about how I was doing and all the questions about my health instead of asking me. I interrupted my visits for a long time due to insurance issues and forgot all about his mistreatment so when it was time for me to set up a physician I mentioned his name because it was the only Doctor I ever saw here in Florida. It wasn’t until my last visit that everything came back, this time with no shadow of doubt, the interaction lasted 3 minutes, time where he didn’t care to listen what I had to say, spoke over me and refused to make eye contact, he left the office while I was still speaking lying about trying to get some blood work only to make me wait 55 minutes by myself. When I went out to ask for him the secretary told me he was with another patient; when I demanded to see him he came back with no blood work paperwork, was very rude and unapologetic. My issues were never treated.

Dr Best is the best very nice and takes his time to listen to you it’s not a rush job like most Thank you DR Best
