lady on the phone was very disrespectful, had a horrible attitude, and snapped at me when she found out the person i was making the appointment for was latina. very snappy and unprofessional, she was blatantly racist and hung up the phone on me when i called her out. any one who left more than a 1 star review more than likely didn’t experience the racism from this lady whether they arent latino or spoke to someone else. i will not be attempting to come back and will be telling people to stay away from this racist business.

Unprofessional and rude receptionist that hang up on me. I’ll go somewhere else where they truly care about their patients.

Doctor is rude and unprofessional.

Consultation on basil cell, brilliant doctor, gave a thorough examination and discussed what would go into the procedure. Made me feel comfortable and in good hands. Best experience I ever had with a doctor.

I needed an examination for right ear hearing loss. My wife picked Doctor Alburger and others from on line listings of ENT's in our area. His office was good enough to schedule an appointment within days of us calling, recognizing that the situation warranted quick action to prevent possible damage to my ear. Room was made for us on a Thursday at 9:45 AM. Upon arrival, I found the office to be beautifully appointed and immediately comforting. The receptionist on the desk, extremely polite and accommodating. Her demeanor put me right at ease. After a short wait, the door opened and a patient and his family exited and then I was called in, not buy a nurse or medical assistant, but by the doctor himself! When was the last time you had that happen? Probably never I would guess! After pleasantries, Doctor John began his thorough examination and we devised a treatment plan for my condition. He spent one solid, uninterrupted hour with me where I felt I was the only patient in his practice. During my visit, he told me of the many years he spent at Walter Reed military hospital in Washington DC where he treated a number of US presidents during his time of practice. And for the one solid hour I was there, Doctor John was treating me as if I were the current President of the U.S.! After our time together, I was brought to the desk by the doctor and he made arrangements with the receptionist, who I learned was also Doctor John's wife, for a Monday visit. There were no appointments available so she created one at 8:30 AM just for me! Entering their office is immediately like stepping back in time to the 50's or 60's. A time when patients were important to Docs, not just one in a long line of fifty or seventy five patients to be seen for five minutes before being summarily dismissed. Next! It is a modern medical office that has been transposed back fifty or sixty years. It's only Doctor John and his wife (and cute family dog behind the desk), no nurses or assistants, no hubbub, no distraction. Just great, high quality modern medicine being practiced by a doctor who actually, genuinely cares for his patients, each and every one. You have a need for a professional ear, nose and throat specialist who actually cares about you and your welfare? See Doctor John Alburger, you will not be sorry and tell him I sent you and send my best regards!

i'm a physician and know about doctors and medical care. Dr. Alberger provided excellent care to me and Joyce was warm and professional. i recommend them highly.

Great experience with the Alburger team I am sorry to see some of the comments This team has alot of knowledge and alot of experience, I always felt that I was in very good hands I followed this team and i trusted in the process I am recovering from tonsil cancer today. I don't do reviews , I seen some of the reviews Posted and I did not agree, just wanted say the process of whatever going threw can be very hard and I understand, that said I hope this helps
