Dr. Diaz and his staff are extremely attentive!

I was a long time patient of Dr. Diaz, making 3 to 4 visits a year. For some unknown reason, I was charged $285 for a regular routine visit. I have insurance and my co-pay is supposed to be $25. I kept fighting it with their billing, and even brought it to Dr. Diaz attention himself. I was advised by Dr. Diaz personally that a mistake was made with the coding and he would fix it. Several months, several phone calls and emails later, it was never fixed. Now they turned the bill over to collections. I refuse to pay it out of principal. Now they lost a patient who would visit their office on average 3 to 4 times a year. Not a very smart business move and very poor customer service on their behalf. Its a shame because Dr. Diaz is actually a very nice guy and a great doctor but it appears now that I was just a number.

Millennial group phone system is a joke. Could even get answer on schedule availability without first giving 5 minutes of personal info . Finally just hung up. Don't understand why any doctor would be a part of this nonsense. Can't call Dr Diaz directly.

Dr. Diaz and PA Julie Diaz are wonderful, very professional, carrying , takes time to listen to your concerns , never feel rushed . My scheduled appointment , Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes! Highly recommend

This millennium place is horrible. The wait is 2hrs even when we made an appointment. It been 2 days and the medicine havent sent to the pharmacy. On top of that cant get a hold of the provider to check wait on the phone for over 30mins.

Julie Diaz is great! Very caring, takes time to explain everything. She very thorough and I always leave there feeling like I have a Dr the actually cares about my health!
