My experience with Dr Alburger & his wife (receptionist) was pathetic & resulted in bells palsy on the right side of my face. This was the result of the reconstructive plastic surgery he completed on my face in August 2019. Mohs surgery required the reconstructive surgery. As a result of this surgery I have had 5 additional surgeries on my right eyelid in an attempt to bring the eyelid back to normal function. I am presently recovering from the last surgery conducted by Bascom Palmer on 6/12/20. Hopefully this will be the last. Still will be unable to use contact lenses until the November of this year. He essentially ruined about a year & a half of my life. I’m a pilot & have been unable to fly this entire time. If you’re reading this by all means find anyone other than Dr Alburger for your medical needs. His receptionist is absolutely psychotic, rude & unprofessional.

I have been going to Dr. Alburger for over ten years. One of the best. Joyce is also one of the best. Very professional and very nice.

The first person you speak with and are always greeted by is Joyce. She is a very sweet, helpful, and personable woman. I have never met such a caring and knowledgeable office manager/secretary/receptionist, etc..The sitting area is very calming, comfortable and peaceful. Calming music, fine art and luxurious seating helps put you into a tranquil feeling before you see the Doctor and get more information than any Doctor has ever given anyone. I have never been to such a welcoming and comfortable Doctor's office.The Doctor is actually the one that greets you to call you in! Once he comes to get you, you are in his hands only. You never get interrupted during your one on one visit. Doctor Alburger is an encyclopedia of ENT and much more information. You will NOT leave with questions! Dr. Alburger takes his time to truly listen to you, your issues and your needs. He is a very nice man whom truly cares about you and he is a terrific doctor! I have even had medical issues that I see other specialists for and they could not figure out what was wrong. Through Dr. Alburgers' extensive and thorough exam and time spent with me, he had known the problem. I have taken what he said to my specialist and he has always been correct. If time permits and you are lucky enough, he may even tell you a joke or a interesting fact about something, anything. :)If you are looking for an office that is more comfortable than your own home and as welcoming as visiting your grandmother or best friend, then this is the office for you! If you are looking for a Doctor that truly loves what he does and spends every extra moment reading about more medical studies and absorbs all of the medical knowledge that he can to give his clients the best possible evaluation and more, then Dr. Alburger is the Doctor for you.YES, I 100% recommend Doctor Alburger and love the office and Joyce too!

He probably was good in his day but his day is no longer good. After meeting with him for almost two hours, he tells my case manager as we are walking out that "she" will get better soon.
