John Nassif's Online Review Report Card

I am family member of lots of physicians and surgeons...Found Dr Nassif on Groupon, YES??? Who goes to Groupon?? other than for restaurants and scores of non medical deals... for plastic face surgery! Misleads with flashy Naples address 1 DAY a week to suck me in, then Really Ft Myers bland marginal facility is his!?...then prescribes pharmacy pain killers & other procedure drugs....felt like a backroom environment...then persuades me SKIP GROUPON pay direct $2000, No Groupon....He NETS Plus 50%...then I'm required $1070. up charge for some private surgical outpatient center and I start really WORRY scary illogical business model switch....consulted family and physician friends who warned me to run away quick...my experience was scary and worry some and I'm a guy that usually never never becomes unhinged about anything. In walking away I was given 3 bank bounced refund checks over 30 days to get my refund!.....EVERYONE I CONSULTED WAS RIGHT...GET AWAY, CANCEL QUICK..I RAN AWAY..OUT!

Terrible, inept qualifications and services. I went there for a clogged eyelid gland in right eye and the skin around my eye was red. Dr. Nassif told me to use olive oil soap and prescribed steroid drops to be used in both eyes, I thought this was unusual in case of cross contamination and because my left eye was fine. A few days after following his regimen, my left “good” eye swelled up with fluid to the touch, swollen with a bump that I had never seen. I had left two messages last week for his nurse, Valerie. My call was never returned and when I finally reached her when at Saint Johns Center in Naples, her response was that they only respond on Mondays" when in that office". When I told her what had happened, she gave four different excuses to cover for the doctor. Valerie said it's not the drops /cc, then said it's the same thing like other eye, then said throw out all my cosmetics-it's allergies, then it's a bug bite. Really?! To this day I still have a red bump and there is nothing I can do to press charges. I found a real doctor who knew exactly what I had when he looked at my eye. Hopefully my eye will return to normal. This doctor was absolutely useless as an eye doctor.

I suffer from Dry Eyes but now he makes her bad. I need a new surgery on my down lead because he makes a big mistake.

After having cataract surgery, then treated for dry eye, I was told I needed a lower lid lift...After two years, I'm still waiting for the lid to fall into place. It is distorted and now I need reconstructive surgery. I don't recommend this doctor to any one, you may be very disappointed..the run around I was given is appalling..

Do your research; he has had his medical license suspended and/or revoked in several other states. Completely botched my eye lid surgery. My eyes now are very obviously shaped different that the other and one opens much less than the other. I developed an infection from a stitch that remained long after surgery which was diagnosed by an visit to an alternate physician after Dr.Nassif avoided my concerns of an irritation.

I highly recommend Dr. Nassif for upper or lower eye ?? surgery. I had my eye lid surgery done in 2018 and I feel great. Dr. Nassif explains everything you need to know and recommends amazing ?? soaps and awesome skin care regimen.

As a former R.N. who worked in the cosmetic surgery field I am happy to say that I find Dr. Nassif in the top of his field. He really cares about his patents, he is very informative and explains what he is doing and what to expect. He answers all questions. He is a master at his craft, I am more than pleased with the results. MG

Dr. Nassiff is the best. He has done 3 mini procedures on me with excellent results. I am seeing him again at the end of this month and would not consider anyone else.

I felt very welcomed even tho it was my first visit I was extremely eager to be there I felt like I was a common customer. Everyone was extremely friendly eager to talk to me I had love my first visit
