This place is utterly amazing! The insane level of incompetence is off the charts. This definitely qualifies as the MENTAL MIDGET ACADEMY OF FLORIDA. They are ALWAYS to busy. The perpetual HOLD on the phone is laughable. Why they fail to send the doctor's orders is beyond my ability to comprehend. But it seems to be the norm.The great thing is as you're sitting at the lab, only to find you've wasted your time, NO ONE can help you. As 100% of my calls have proven, they are not just dysfunctional, they are understaffed!!I'm so thoroughly disgusted at this obvious LACK of concern. I won't get into what I feel I should reply to their only response or where they can STICK IT!WE APOLOGIZE! But will make absolutely no efforts or changes to improve the patient experience!! It's all about the money!So I will pursue a more responsive, caring and competent pain management solution.

I went in with pain in my neck and back. I had a letter from my dr in Chicago recommending what I needed. Dr would only discuss my neck. I have to make another appointment for my back. I live over 2 hours away. My dr in Chicago will spend an hour talking to me helping me with my pain. I was In her office maybe 15 mins tops. I’ve been dealing with pain from an auto accident for of 20 years and I e never had a dr tell me they would only discuss one issue.
