The online portal is awful. Very frustrating to try to set up an account and getting records emailed was impossible. The attention at the office has become increasingly impersonal over the years and contact with every provider has become mechanical, as hurriedly brief as possible and with little attention to changes in symptomatology. For the past several visits I have left the office visit thinking intently about to which new Ophthalmology practice I want to transfer. Inertia has kept me from making a choice.

They answered all questions easily and were not afraid to get second opinion if needed. Dr. Berlie was very personable and made me feel confident that I made the right choice in choosing this practice.
