Jose M. Baez's Online Review Report Card

I was recommended to Dr. Baez from a coworker. I always prefer a doctor of Internal Medicine as they have the best credentials when treating acute and chronic medical issues. It is no understatement to say that Dr. Baez meets and exceeds his medical expertise with kindness and compassion completes the experience. He actually greets you with a smile and takes time to talk with you to get to know you and your medical needs.

Dr. Baez is a very considerate, knowledgeable doctor. I am so happy I have him for my doctor. I have great faith in him as a doctor and person.

I could not have been better pleased with my experience with Dr Baez. His staff is comforting and knowledgeable and he is as well. I use to have Dr Baez as my primary for years. He started bouncing offices and had to find someone else. I tried to go back to see Dr. Baez and was informed by his Office Manager they were no longer going to accept any insurances. She said he will no longer even be taking Medicare. To my understanding through clarification if I go on a payment plan with him, there will not be even any reimbursement from ie Medicare. It’s a shame that he no longer wants to people who have insurance.

I am not a particularly good patient. When that is the case, one should have a good doctor. I have found that in Dr. Baez. He is caring and takes time to make sure you understand his diagnoses and alternatives. I recently left two specialists who have taken an industrial approach to their practice. I am a retired businessperson who understands and appreciates efficiency while maximizing profitability. But with my medical care, I want an old fashioned Doc that focuses on my needs. Baez and his small staff do just that.

When a doctor needs a doctor for his general medical care he sometimes gets lucky and finds a competent, friendly and caring practice to rely on. Such was the case when I was fortunate to discover such a fine practice in North Naples. Sometimes we just get lucky !

When I first went into Dr. Baez’s office I was a bit nervous being that it had been almost a year since I last saw a doctor. He and his staff were patient with me and took the time to explain what I needed to know. My second visit went a lot smooother and I felt he was on the same page as I was regarding what I needed and he addressed all of my concerns. After just a short visits to his office our opinion about him also ran high. My spouse and I had to find a new primary care physician after our doctor of many years retired. Thus far Dr. Baez has proven to be a good choice. He and his office staff displayed a warm friendly feeling. He has been very thorough in his initial testing and assessment. In the short time under his care my spouse had a critical change in his vision. Dr. Baez saw him immediately and arranged for an appointment with a top-notch specialist in less than 24 hours. We both feel secure under his care.

We first met Dr. Baez almost four years ago. We are transplanted from Conn. Both my wife and I have found the doctor to be not only totally professional but a caring, giving man who has manifested so much we have seldom seen in other family physicians.
