Its sure not an easy task to get a phone call answered. I have called numerous times to either wait up to a half hour before I give up, or I get cut off after fifteen or twenty minutes. I m thinking I should find another place.

My experience over the last five years with the Richichi team has been nothing but excellent. They have gone above and beyond on a couple different occasions which saved me trips to the ER. I can't speak highly enough of this family practice.

Just having moved hre nd not hqving pimary yt, I had to get an appointment in a hurry, so I opted to not see Dr. richichi at first. I got to see Eric, his PA. Every single person in the office from front staff to providers were absolutely wonderful. They are treat everyone ith respect. No rushing you thru the appointment Of course they are also knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate and accommodating.

I have he best experience with Dr. Richichi and all his staff. He takes time with the patient, listen and explain the condition and his diagnostic is very accurate. I am sorry that I have to leave them because he is not taking my insurance anymore. I really recommend him. I give him 5 stars. Easy to schedule the appointments , staff very friendly and courteousness.
