Excellent physician and communicator. Had L5 bugle causing tremendous sciatic nerve pain. She administered two nerve blocks swiftly & painlessly.

Pleasant experience even though I had to be in the emergency department during a pandemic. She had excellent bedside manner and even though she was busy doing another procedure, she came back to notify me of my status. I wish I could’ve seen the other part of her face though, lol The nurse and IV tech were very nice as well!

Very disappointed in communication especially of test results and more specific diagnosis. I have serious, complex medical problems and do not feel I had good enough info before being admitted to hospital. She left most communications to nurse and would not come to discuss my questions. ED was not busy.

Recently visited Naples and found ourselves in the NCH ED with my mom. Dr. Julia Lee saw her immediately (as she was being brought in by the ambulance!) and addressed her issue promptly and professionally. Excellent bedside manner, with a sense of humor to put us at ease as well as keeping us informed along the way. She kept us calm during a stressful situation and my mother is now doing well. We wish Dr. Lee could be our family doc!
