Dr. Carter is an excellent Profession Ophthalmologist. I have been seeing her for a number of years. Always takes extreme care in all she does. I have had 2 yag laser procedures with tremendous ease. Excellent in diagnosing any issues. You are in great care with her and I highly recommend Dr. Julia Carter.
