Dr. Hiester has been my primary doctor for the past 5 years. She is pro-active and holistic in her treatment. She is listening even if symptoms are unusual and always try to find ways to explore what could be the issues. She is deeply caring about you. I really really liked her. She has a very busy schedule but still find time to reply to countless emails. She might even know how to speak French after these 5 years :) I strongly recommend her. Truly one of the best doctor I had in my life.

My wife and daughter had been seeing Karen for 5 years but as of yesterday happy at all she told my 12 year old daughter to her face she is over weight and must wear a mask to school

Dr. Karen Hiester has been the Primary care physician for my husband and I for about 7 years. We are in our 60's and can say that NEVER have we had a doctor so amazing. She becomes part of your life in that she ensures that she knows you inside & out.... this provides for extraordinary care. On more than one scary occasion, she has cut through information from all sources to determine root causes and solutions that others have not. If you have a chance to be in Dr. Hiester's care... TAKE IT

Dr. Karen Hiester is extremely thorough and compassionate. She spends as much time with her patients as is needed to get close to their needs and ensures that she understands any issues. She works towards maintaining health and preventing problems, not just solves after-the-fact.

I used to see Dr. Heister at the facility on Immokalee road. Making an appointment there was easy and fast. Dr. Heister made me feel very comfortable and listened to me well. Very satisfied. However, since the office has moved- I can't get through to make an appointment. I have called a dozen times, left three messages, and was unable to take the 1 call back I received.
