Dr. Stam is an outstanding physician. Her medical knowledge is deep and she is thorough and compassionate with her patients. She is one of the best doctors I have ever had and I followed her over the years as she transferred to 2 other offices in the Capital Region. She listens to her patients and always goes above and beyond the call of duty. I can't say enough about her bedside manner.

the best doctor i have ever had. the only doctor that was able to spot-on diagnose everything i had been suffering through since my childhood. she was my doctor from 2007-2011. she takes special interest in every patient. i have now been correctly diagnosed with many things that seemed unsolvable before and am getting the proper treatment to heal. she has also given me great references to other doctors in the network. i knew the nurses very well, and my current doctor used to work with her, and they both said she had to quit practicing altogether because she got burned out from the immense care she gave to each patient. unfortunately, the world may never see another dr. stam.... but she paved the way for my healing and many others and i'll always be greatful to her. she has saved my life.

I had seen Dr. Stam when I couldn't see my regular doctor and she was extremely thorough. I wo so impressed I wanted to switch to her as my primary but when I called to see her, she moved in November. The receptionists will not give out, or does not have her new address. I was wondering if anyone knows where Dr. Stam moved to?

Dr. Stam is the best Doctor this office has had since Dr. Campion left (sometime around 2004). She is kind, compassionate, professional and most importantly knowledgable. TOTALLY different from the others in that office. Someone in an earlier posting said it well - she won't stop hunting until she finds the cause of the problem. She is the best doctor I have EVER had.

I've been a patient of Dr. Stam's for about 8 years. She is a physician who takes her job home with her. It is not unusual for her to call in the evening and say "I was thinking about this a bit more and did a little more research..." My children and I are patients, and if I am at the office for one of the children, Dr. Stam will also ask me how I am, if I need anything. She truly cares about her patients.

In diagnosing a condition, she found some unexpected spots. She made arrangements for further diagnosis and subsequent surgery within days. She listens, is very thorough, and exhibits interest in patients. One of the best general doctors I've ever had.
