I met with Dr. Wise following an occurrence of kidney stones. He ordered two tests -- an x-ray and a urine stonerisk profile. When I met with him a week after the tests were done, he said the x-ray was inconclusive (not sure why he didn't order a ct-scan). He also said he didn't have the results of the urine profile. He said he would contact me with those results once his office got them. Over the subsequent weeks, I called and left messages with his office three separate times; no calls were returned. I also left multiple messages on the Naples Urology website; no response. I finally got the test results myself, and am working with another doctor. It is absolutely inexcusable to not respond to a patient -- no phone call, no email, nothing.

Dr. Wise has been seeing my 88 year old father for over a year now. At the beginning Dad had many issues with his suprapubic catheter, uti's, enlarged prostate... Today Dad says having the catheter is no big deal. Thank you Dr. Wise!!!

I was told that I need bloodwork prior to my appointment, asked where the work would be done, told them days prior to my appointment and when I got to my 10am appointment there was no order. So, here I am at 12pm still waiting for my bloodwork because they "forgot" to send it. Go figure the one stat!

Dr. Wise has been treating me for about 10 years. He's always been a very kind person, open to questions and suggestions. He's not been one to do much chit chat unless directly related to the medical issues.

By far the worst Dr appointment I ever had . Although the receptionist was incredible dealing with a very unruly patient. It became very obvious from the get go that Dr. Wise was in a too a big hurry to mess with me . Felt humiliated I even had to catch him in the Hallway to ask about my prostrate ( was also very painful)which he quickly answered "its fine" and walked away. His indifference was shocking. I certainly won`t forget it. Shame on you Sir

He saw my husband ,I was not impressed at all.he spent very little time with us,he said everything was ok.after two months we found out that my husband has advanced prostate cancer. His staff needs to learn how to call the patients mr ......so and so.not by the first name.

This is the worst urologist ever. He pulled up my old report of the kidney stone that I still have in my left kidney wich showed it was 2 millimeters and he went by that when I was telling him it was 4 millimeters. This guy is too old and doesn't know what he's doing. And I thought the older the more knowledgeable.

He performed 3 procedures on me for a kidney stone. On the 3rd I ended up in the ICU on life support and kidney failure!
