List of Kevin Rosenbach's Reviews
My college daughter who goes to school FT and works FT was charged a $50 no show fee her first visit. She apparently messed up days and received no texts or calls as a reminder and before being allowed to see the dr while having asthma issues was told she owed $50. I can see if she had missed a previous appt but this was the first. When she called to discuss the bill when actually seen she said they were extremely rude. I called and compared the EOB’s the insurance sent and the office was still overcharging her. Not impressed at all. We will find another Dr who doesn’t charge students who get their first date mixed up and charge a ridiculous fee. Shame on them.
Dr.Rosrnbach takes time with me explain clearly the process and was gracious to answer my questions!! The iffice staff are all helpful. Wende is awesome as well as all the other staff !!!
One appointment with him and I knew I was in good hands. He and his staff are kind, amazingly knowledgeable and well versed on many complex illnesses that most doctors will not give any advice on. For the first time in many years, I feel confident that we will make progress that will lead to a better quality of life! Thank you Jesus for leading me hundreds of miles away to him.
Saw me for 5 minutes I saw a nurse not rosenbach after being referred to him by 4 different people. Nurse told me everything I already knew and no treatment or help with my current situation. Expensive testing never followed up with me. $220 bill for 5 minutes of nothing? WOW
Dr Rosenbach is the last of a dying breed…. He cares… he listens…. He goes through each and every test….. I can’t find enough superlatives to describe what an awesome Doctor! He actually cares for his patients❤️
You do NOT want to try and deal with these people…! The office girl named Wendy absolute REFUSED to make 1 phone call to our Insurance to get a referral. Wendy told me that they don’t have time to make a phone call and then hung up on me when I tried to get an explanation. She is a lazy deplorable person and does not care about their patients..😡😡😡😡😡
I posted my review of Kevin in the past (I cannot refer to him as “Dr.”. He not only over treated me needlessly, but I was evaluated by his former medical school teacher, Dr Lockey, who was disgusted by his 14 year prescription of IVIG when I “never met the criteria required for such radical treatment”. PLEASE go for a second opinion before listening to him!! I know 3 other women who had similar experiences.
You will never see Rosenbach after an initial visit. He did all the tests and just sent me for allergy shots. I started having to go to the ER. I kept trying to see him and just got his rude staff. Always an excuse, busy, vacation etc. Finally his nurse said he didn't know what to do with me and sent me to St. Petersburg. She also sent me out for a lot of blood work and he would call with results. Never did. I called again today to try and see him and they said it would be 3 months until I could get an appointment. Go somewhere else. All this Doctor is worried about is cashing in for retirement. Worst medical professional office I have ever been in 4 States.
I was to have the allergy tests on my back to determine what was causing some terrible allergic reactions. I went expecting to be examines by Dr Rosenbach. I never saw Dr. Rosenbach and only saw a PA twice. They could not even print out my appointments hand written. The final report was hand done. I wondered all along if it was medicare fraud. Don't go there for skin allergies!!!
Short version: Zero stars if I could. Do not go here. You won't see Rosenbach and the office overcharges and demands money upfront (even though they claim to bill net/30) or you won't get your results/diagnosis. The office manager (missy or some nickname) is by far the rudest individual I have ever spoken with. Nasty-rude. You have to wonder how she has a job working with people since she obviously hates everyone. Details: On 12/22/21 My wife went in to get a standard allergy test. She was to get her results via a zoom call on 1/07/22. (She would be In her college courses that day and the only way she could do it was via teleconference) . On Thursday 1/06/22 at 3pm the rude Office manager sent my wife an email demanding the entire bill be paid upfront (over $1100) else they would cancel the zoom meeting and withhold her results. Can you imagine any doctor's office emailing you the day before your test results date(less than 24-hour notice....they charge you for that kind of cancellation!) and demanding full payment before your meeting or they won't give you your results...even if your bill isn't even due for at least another 45 days? (I hadn't even received my EOB from my insurance yet!) I called to explain that I pay all our medical bills through an employer-funded HSA and that paying early (the bill was not due until the End of February) would cost me at least $600 out of pocket. She became very offensive and said they don't allow any patients to have large bills outstanding. I reminded her that their first bill to us had just arrived that very day in the mail and it was only for the 10-minute consultation (which they charged us $179!!) and it wasn't even with Rosenbach (you will never see him, he's just a ghost. They claim he's too busy to see any 'average' patient and that Rosenbach only see's extreme cases.....pffft!) The office manager threatened again that if we didn't pay the bill there would be no zoom meeting and no results. I told her that I refused to pay 'early' and that upon receipt of the bill at its normal billing date (end of the month of January....due end of February) I'd gladly pay out of my HSA. She became rude and hung up on me. I called back and of course, they wouldn't pick up so I called billing who also did not answer. I left a message stating that if my wife did not get her results, I would file with the Florida Department of health. They then called the next morning and canceled the appointment, My wife had already had rearranged her hectic college class schedule in order to facilitate the Zoom meeting. I have filed with the FDOH and I am seeking legal action as well. We finally got the results after filling with the BBB and they responded with a letter to the BBB filled with lies. (One lie is they said I demanded to be in the office with my wife during her exam. I am immunosuppressant, I won't go into a medical office unless it is for me!) Also, note that they gave my wife two tests because the first didn't give the results they wanted, but they never asked my wife if she was willing to get a second test. That one cost another large amount of money and I truly feel it was unnecessary as it gave no additional information. It only padded the doctor's wallet. Bottom line, the staff is rude, the office manager has over 40 negative complaints on sites such as Yelp and Healthgrades,(the office itself over 75 negative results....well over 80% of all comments), and my wife still does not know the cause of her illness/reactions and we have to go to yet another facility to get results. All Rosenbach did was cost me a lot of time and money and he caused myself and my wife a great deal of stress. Avoid. Naples has many fine allergists, Rosenbach is not one of them. Rosenbach should have his license pulled. (he's never there anyway....read the reviews....all say the same thing, you'll get his medical assistant or PA....he's far too busy fishing to see any 'average' patient.) Save yourself the hassle. Go anywhere else.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
