I tried sharing my review before, but it looks like it was erased. Just got my augmentation done on Tuesday. Overall the care at Naples Aesthetic Institute was very good and I am happy with the results. However, a lot of details fell through the cracks. I wasn’t told initially that I needed to have someone stay with me overnight after my surgery, which was a big deal considering I’m new to Florida and don’t have family here. I also wasn’t told to go through a different entrance for pre-op, so I wasted 25 minutes waiting in the wrong room. I was also told that they would give me a bag of “goodies” to take home for recovery, and I never received it. I love the people there, and so far I think they did a superb job on my surgery (only one day post-op), but communication needs a little work. (Edit: Response from the clinic apparently included no apology for the things that fell through the cracks with my care).

Dr Gill and her staff are phenomenal. Such a caring facility that truly has the patients best interest. Dr Gill is an amazing Surgeon who was so thorough and detailed. She goes above and beyond for excellent patient care. I have already recommended her office to multiple friends. I will definitely be going back for future concerns. My results post op are phenomenal and can’t wait to see the final results once completely healed.

Has always taken time during visits and doesn’t make me feel rushed. Wished there had been more explanation and preparation for after-surgery effects and follow-ups.

Dr. Gill is simply the best in Naples! I have complete trust in her and her amazing administrative, cosmetic and surgical support team. She did a tummy tuck for me, and later, some liposuction, and she cared for me like I was a family member. She's so professional and devoted to her work, yet she's warm and compassionate. I highly recommend her!

When I went to Dr. Gill I had had a double mastectomy and DIEP/SGAP. I had traveled to New Orleans for 3 surgeries. I was blessed to be alive, but unhappy with my body. Dr. Gill seemed to just understand what I was going through and gave me confidence that she could help. Today was my final post surgery check and I just had to hug her. I am finally happy and confident with the way I look. Dr. Gill, and her staff, are absolutely the best.
