Beautiful fairly new hospital building. Easy access near all sorts of shops and restaurants walking distance. State of the art operation rooms. Updated technology and just small enough to give a comfortable feel to a hospital. Like a small country hospital atmosphere Staff all professional and friendly Recovery nurses are always the best Had an all female team for routine procedure check up and it was such a different atmosphere girl power Much less stressful and anxiety provoking. Thank you for having music in the pre op rooms and tv in the waiting rooms Free wifi helps too This is one place I would return to if I had a choice though of course prefer not to be in any hospital

My mother is a patient there at LandMark Hospitalthere staff is excellent.She has Alzheimers and is wheelchair bound so they went above and beyond to take care of her.The staff needs to be recognized for thatgreat bed side manner.I had one issueI dealt with a woman named Natalienot a nice or people kinda of person.She was very rude to me.She might need a little more training on people skills in dealing with the public.Otherwise my experience there was spectacular.Thank you.

Absolutely terrible place They are not fit to take care of humans. The staff is some of the most uncaring people I have ever met.

I have been at Landmark Hospital for over 2 weeks in the I CU. Dr. Albert and then staff are incredibly compassionate and caring. The facility is spotless and then food got better as I did. I was at Cape Coral Hospital for a week before I was moved here. Would not want to be anywhere else given the damage to my lungs with C Ovid. I wouldn hesitate to spend a family member to this exceptional hospital.

I never write reviews but this facility was so horrible I wanted others to be aware They are ALL about insurance payments and their care is non existent when it comes to daily baths feeding grooming therapies. Hardly any staff to be found and they actually would tell us they were short staffed yet we would see new arrivals daily. Some days were complete chaos. Complaining was useless. They denied our request to discharge our family member to another facility We were told they had to stay for a set amount of days to get a full insurance payment or we would be responsible. Yes that is what this employee told us.Eventually our family member had to be sent back to the hospital because of decline and need for possible surgery. We will never let them go here ever again even when the hospital tells us thats our only choice.

The worst hospital ever would not bring anyone to this place. Would not bath or take care of patients. Would not keep patient with pain medicine Patient has laid here for 2 and a half hours with her light on and no one has came in to help her. No doctor has been in too see her. Althought it is a Saturday 073121 there staff is so minimal no one is here to help any patient.

I brought my father here after complications at a Naples hospital. I was told it was the only place I could take him. They lied to me. He went from walking with a stand up walker to the commode. To having to use a Hoyer lift and a bed pan. It was so demeaning. They refused to let him use his stand up walker number one they didn’t have one so when I brought our own in they still said no?Do NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE

I brought my dad here after complications at a local Naples hospital I was told it was his only choice. They lied to me. The charge nurse wore her mask below her nose even though there was a covd outbreak . I was appalled. They didnt have proper Pt equipment to help my dad stand up. They made him use a Hoyer and a bed pan. It was demeaning. Do NOT HAVE YOUR LOVED ONES GO HERE

56 years ago we were married and Landmark is helping us enjoy more After 3 months in and out of hospitals and no hope in site we were told Hospice was our only option. We opted for Landmark Hospital and it was the best decision we ever made.That was 212 months ago and after 112 weeks in Landmark hospital with medication and caring service she was strong and alert enough to restart the Chemo treatments. She is on the road to remission and a better future Landmark went beyond just a rehab situation. Caring service and great management from Doctors nurses and coordinating with other hospitals .

Just a disgrace of a so called hospital don’t even bother please . I don’t even know where to start but keep away
