OUT OF STATE TRAVELERS, BE AWARE. I’m unsure if medical care is just better in the Chicago area, but for the first time in my life I wanted to ask to see the doctor’s medical license. The nurse (Annabelle) was more helpful and seemed more knowledgeable than the doctor who saw us (which was less than 5 minutes total.) Our 6 year old had strep and our 18 month old was exhibiting the same exact symptoms. From the persistent fevers down to the cough. All the rapid swabs came back negative, and I know it’s “rare” that children under 3 get it, but the chances that his sister gave it to him is high. You’re telling me that with my 6 year old who does not fully cover her cough could not have passed strep to her little brother who she is ALWAYS around? After he told us the tests came back negative, he said “just supportive care at home” and sent us on our way. Also, our son has a heart murmur and this doctor didn’t hear it 🙃. I have never seen such a QUICK assessment like this one. He did not even feel his lymph nodes. Now I get to look forward to the bill we’re going to get slapped with for the most useless visit in existence. As everyone before me, I wish I had read the reviews. Please find a different facility to take your sick children to. The lack of care and knowledge was unreal (again, minus our nurse who was wonderful). All this to say, this place is absolutely terrible.

Me gusta mucho la atención del doctor y algunas enfermeras aunque hay una que no me trato bien pero bueno cualquiera tiene un mal Día, solo que las front desk como que no tienen corazón y te tratan como no le Importa aquí se las muestro y solo mírale la forma de sentarse con pie para arriba y todo

Shocking service by accounts. Were asked twice by my grandsons insurance to submit claim and failed to do so so claim was closed. Called their accounts office to discuss - person on phone very rude and constantly spoke over me eventually hung up on me

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! They will over bill for services that were NOT provided. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I ALWAYS GO HERE because there is a waiting list to see my child's dr and we can't get in for weeks. I think the drs here are excellent and always help my child in this horrible flu season.
