I have known Lisa Caprio for more than 20 years. She has delivered excellent care for each of my family members in her capacity as an anesthesiologist. More recently Dr Caprio helped me with a biologic for the treatment of an arthritic thumb….a very important body part for a hygienist. Lisa has a bright and positive outlook on life. Wonderful to interact with such joy and passion for helping others!

The anesthesiologist was personable, but the office staff and nursing staff was cold as ice. Not a hint of a smile from anyone. I felt like I was bothering them all by being there. I never got a follow-up call the next day, which I thought was standard. Surgery Centers try to make you feel comfortable, but don't look for that here.

Dr. Caprio was very friendly and personable. The nurse had a difficult putting my IV into my vein but Dr. Caprio did it almost painlessly. The anesthesia was perfectly done with no bad after effects.

likes to walk up from behind and just KNOCK YOU OUT even in mid-sentance woke me up too early had to be held down by staff to finish procedure, she's going to hurt someone and SOON will NEVER use Total Surgery Center again if she is in the building. In process of filing complaints with AMA and anyone else i can think of
