What a kind, competent doctor! I had a wonderful experience in every way with Dr. Bustamante's office staff, his PA, Bledar, the Endoscopy suite staff and Dr. Bustamante himself. His office staff is kind, cheerful and welcoming. When at the office you see Bledar - he is very competent and listens to everything you have to say. He's helpful and upbeat. The entire staff at the endoscopy establishment were gentle and kind. And Dr. Bustamante, who does the procedures, was a very calm and reassuring presence and spoke with me afterwards. Highly recommend.

Dr Bustamante listened carefully to why I was there. He asked me questions and examined me. He had a clear plan of action and he explained why at every step. He answered all my questions and I felt heard and I believe that he is going to find out why I’m having this severe pain. I would definitely recommend him to everyone.
