Good dr , good care to the pt

The doctor is very good,, knowledgeable, and helpful. Answers questions to explain situations. The wait times are very long!!! 45 minutes in waiting room and over 30 minutes waiting for the doctor.. My appt was for 10am and didn't leave til noon.. Disappointed that my time with the doctor was limited while the nurse expressed that he was with other patients much longer. Also had issues that I wanted to ask the doctor about...he seemed rushed and forgot about giving me a script I may possibly need. Another issue I had was a tele-med call with the doctor. I recently had Covid and had questions about symptoms and medications. It took over a week before the office got back to us. The office scheduled my telemed call for 3:15 pm. I DID NOT SCHEDULE THE APPT. THE OFFICE DID. I connected to the internet and my phone for the appt. AND Waited until 4:00...45MINUTES!!! With no body responding!!! Called the office back and complained!!! Response back was that the Dr. Was not available until after 4:30. Did not receive call back from Dr. Until 4:50....and was only given 5 minutes of any time with the dr...I was off the phone before 5:03!!! Very very disappointed with service and attitude of office staff. Really makes you feel unappreciated and slighted as a patient. Almost wants me to find another primary Dr

The doctor is great. His move to another location is troublesome for me. The wait time is intolerable. I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room then 30 minutes in the examination room.

I have depended on medication personally and professionally for several decades. Dr jiminez Rodriguez had been prescribing to me for the last several years a medication I have been dependent on since last millennium. He messed up my prescription, which happens regularly and after my calling to fix it, I get a call a few days later from his secretary telling me that he will not prescribe the medication anymore. No reason why, absolutely no warning as he did not tell me during my appointment a month earlier, but had some non clinical secretary tell me over the phone with no answers. A spineless move from a primary care physician whom truly could care less for his patients. A very unimpressive clinician, foreign medical degree, does not speak great English. Continuity of care is not his concern. There are far better options out there.

Dr. Rodriguez was new to me, as previous physician had left the network. I was extremely pleased by the professionalism and courteousness oh the Doctor and his staff.

I was very pleased with Dr Jimenez, he was easy to talk with, he listens to you and is a very caring doctor.

My worst experience I went to annual checkup, and the Doctor ordered specialized test without my approval. I was very clear only tear that my insurance covers without caring. Today I have a bill with the hospital and the doctors response fight with the insurance and change the doctor. Very unprofessional. I don’t recommended him at all

Dr Manuel Jimenez Rodriguez, MD is an excellent professional and his attention is careful and very gentle. I really appreciate his work and I am very happy that he are my Dr. He is the best!!
