In early August Dr Jimenez changed my prescription dosage. While the prescription was filled at CVS, the prescription was no longer approved by my insurance provider due to the lack of a clear rationale for change. Anthem BCBS requested Dr Jimenez to send in additional information in early August. There were specific data elements that Anthem was waiting for and never received. This includes my Prostate levels. This information was Readily available by the doctor or any of his nurses, but the following 60 days was a frustrating series of lengthy calls to your office. The complete lack of service responsiveness began as upsetting, then frustrating, then aggravating. Your staff was plain rude to me numerous times.All I expected was a call back with a response to me and a response to Anthem. This would be a 5 minute fax response to them and a 2 minute call to me, but through the entire set of calls below I was never given the basic information we needed. Anthem contacted your office numerous times and never got what they needed.Peggy Sue told me “you need to find a better healthcare provided, we have never had this many issues.” Well, Anthem is one of the biggest healthcare providers there are, so perhaps it is not them, it is your office.Numerous other doctors in your facility are responsive in the portal or by phoneThis was a horrendous experience and I have a list of all the 20+ calls and all the people I spoke to.Avoid this office !!!

Dr. Jimemez Rodriguez is a friendly and comfortable doctorAlso, very thoroughHe promptly orders any tests to be done, to analyze our conditionsI feel very satisfied with his care.Excellent with prescriptions also.

Long wait time to see the doctor over 45 minutes...then felt like I didnt get to finish asking questions about my ongoing care. Doctor walked our of room before I was done asking questions. Was kind of disappointed because I waited so long in the 1st place. I am usually happy with my care there but this time because I have been in such pain lately... I expected more. Just had to let you know. Thank you.

Long wait as my appt was at 1200 and I didn’t get seen until close to 300 but it was worth it. Great doctor and I will be keeping him as a PCP

Wonderfull experience since I got the register desk then vital signs taken by Assistant Rosa who was wonderful and kind.Dr Manuel was very professional very interested in my case and I noticed that he lives what he does. Dr Jimenez does medicine with passion. I could feel he is a great Dr and a wonderful human being.

I absolutely love Dr.Jimenez He is the best doctor I’ve ever had He genuinely cares about my health and goes above beyond to make sure I am healthy have all that I need. He listens to everything you have to say. He is thorough and includes your wishes in your treatment plan. I have found a doctor for life
