List of Marc Guttman's Reviews
Highly recommend Doctor Guttman and his friendly staff. He went out of his way to find me a surgeon in Miami to correct a uteral blockage that led to saving my kidney. Can’t thank Doctor Guttman enough.❤️🙏
Dr. Guttman is such a warm caring person, and attentive to your needs . I totally feel comfortable in his care.
Well worth the wait to get to see Dr. Guttman. The office is busy, but that is because he is a wonderful physician. Obviously I am not the only one who thinks so. A great Yogism applies. “No one goes to him anymore because he is so crowded!” Best urologist in SWFl…
Dr. Guttman is The kindest, personable, compassionate, doctor I have ever met. He cares so much about his patients and their feelings. His staff is top notch as well. Every experience there has been a pleasure. I recommend Dr. Guttman to everyone I know.
I had my first, second and third appointment with Dr. Guttman. He was extremely professional yet not pretentious!! A very rare quality when dealing with Physicians. He was thorough and took a lot of time to explain my condition. Staff was very attentive and returned my calls immediately when I had any questions. I highly recommend Dr.Guttman.
FOR GOD'S SAKE, BE CAREFUL WITH THIS GUY OR YOU COULD END UP DEAD! READ ON FOR FACTS! CHECK OUT DR. BARCKLEY STOREY and/or DR. ALEXANDRE ROSEN INSTEAD. I never met Dr. Guttman, but I made an appointment when it was low season in Naples, FL. His staff was proud to point out that he had been voted the No.1 Urologist in Naples for 3 consecutive years (likely because he offers the less invasive Urolift Procedure) so I thought I made a good choice, 5 star Google rating and all. Note I had previously had a Urolift in 2017 or so, from a different Urologist who no longer offers them, which Dr. Guttman also specializes in. His nurse, Jennifer, told me she thought I had a UTI and I did. She prescribed Bactrin 2x per day for 7 days. They did their little ultrasound test and said I emptied my bladder. This had to be wrong because I hadn't emptied my bladder in a long time and had resorted to using an intermittent catheter at night so I could sleep through the night without having to wake to pee. So MISTAKE #1 by his staff. Jennifer gave me instructions for imaging and a PSA test and an appointment A MONTH OUT. I would have been DEAD by then. Jennifer said they would run a culture and advise if my UTI was resistant to Bactrin and I never heard back from them. MISTAKE #2. As a matter of fact, my wife and I both called them, couldn't get in touch with, and heard NOTHING back. I made the appt. with Dr. Guttman's office on August 7th and started the Bactrin the same day so I ended the Bactrin on the 14th, Monday morning. On Monday night I had chills, on Tuesday night I had uncontrollable chills and violent shaking. Thought about going to the ER on Wednesday but it was busy so waited until Thursday. More chills and violent shaking Wednesday night. Went to ER at Physicians Regional. I had a fever of 103 three days after finishing the Bactrin. The infection was in my kidneys and very serious. One of the doctors inquiring as to my condition heard me mention Dr. Guttman and advised me that Dr. Guttman "had lost his privileges" at Physicians Regional???!!! It only gets worse, the admitting doctor, Dr. Martell, contacted the Urologist Physicians Regional works with, Dr. Barckley Storey, and he came and catheterized me and explained that a lot of his work is REMOVING FAILED UROLIFTS that Dr. Guttman has put in. My problem then is that if you can't fully empty your bladder for years, you can develop bladder stones (not to be confused with kidney stones) that further prevent you from emptying your bladder and can cause very serious infection. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE CONSIDER CAREFULLY BEFORE GETTING A UROLIFT.

He is knowledgeable and caring doctor. He diagnosed my sickness and guide me until everything was done. I recommend him for any patient in need. He is super nice person.
Great doctor - highly recommend but the front-end office is broken beyond understanding - days of attempting to make a call into the office with no success - poor service. Also overbooked - wait times on scheduled appointments can be from one to two hours....be prepared.
Dr. Guttman is one of the best Doctors I have ever met. He goes above and beyond to assure you are give the appropriate medical treatments. He quickly diagnosed issues, other Urologists missed and is getting me back to a much higher Quality of Life. In addition he is helping me with other non-Urology concerns by connecting me to other Top Notch Specialist.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
