Dr. Sierra is personable, kind, listens well, and very knowledgeable about autoimmune issues. I have seen several different rheumatologists in different states, and she is the best.

Dr Sierra is an outstanding physician specialising in rheumatology. Dr Sierra is thorough and proceeds with caution before prescribing medications. I have osteoporosis and was prescribed an anabolic steroid that is the most drastic choice for treating osteoporosis. I was not at all happy with this and I went to Dr Sierra for a second opinion. After ordering x rays of my spine to make sure I did not have any compression fractures, and also a range of blood tests to evaluate other factors, Dr Sierra determined that the best choice for me was Fosimax, which is the least drastic medication for osteoporosis. I am very happy with this choice, and future bone density scans will hopefully confirm that my choice was the right one. I would recommend Dr Sierra to anyone who is looking for a doctor who listens and proceeds in the most responsible way possible.
