Dr and staff were very helpful explaining COVID 19 Vaccine process and how the vaccine was not being made available to their office to administer and reviewed multiple resources in town to attempt to get the vaccine. Reviewed that they have no ability to assist in scheduling the vaccine. Also reviewed the CDC medical conditions that may increase risk of complications from COVID and in some situations may increase priority for shot to level similar to many older individuals that are still trying to get the vaccine. Provided some excellent education material on these items. Getting vaccine has been frustrating but Drs info helped me understand better the priority system and that there were many worse off than me still waiting that should have priority. Appreciate them always taking time to explain things and provide education and explanations from reliable resources

Not an easy staff to work with, one would think they would have become a bit more patient friendly during the covid pandemic. Seems they were more concerned of spinning money wheel than making sure one of their patients was able to receive the vaccine. This 61 yo Copd ex patient could not recommend this rogue practice

Completely disregarded my concerns, and told me lab work was normal, when it wasn’t. Took many more months to get the care I needed. Unprofessional, rude! Went to Max Healthcare in Bradenton and they were amazing. I don’t think it’s a reflection on the company, just this particular physician. I stayed with his group for 1 year, and finally had enough.
