List of Mark Rubino's Reviews
Called for new appointment. Receptionist asked for my date of birth after giving, she then stated Dr Rubino is not taking any new patients only if Workers Comp. Since I’m 77 appears denial for an appointment is age related since only information given was DOB.
Dr Rubino is caring, knowledgeable, compassionate and kind; he takes all the time you need. Will not prescribe useless medications and explains the diagnosis and outlook. The office is very user friendly, no robots on the phone line, an actual person answers, and resolves everything, be it an appointment (usually within a short time frame) or a prescription, right away. We have never had a long wait at his office to be seen. Medicine as it used to be. Could not be happier in our choice of neurologist.
Horrible, horrible paitent care. Zero F’s given about the patients well being. My wife was seeing him for Botox injections to relive migraines, traditional migraine meds don’t seem to work. She had a brain tumor and successful surgery to remove it years ago has been getting Botox injections every 10-12 weeks since. Since moving to Naples she had trouble establishing care and found this Dr. Rubino. After the first treatment things were going well, until the insurance paid his bill. He said they never got they never got the payment, she printed out proof of payment. Presented with that his office now states they are out of Botox. Then they cancel again stating he is going on vacation. Bottom line is he didn’t like what the insurance paid for these injections. Just plain horrible service and care.
Dr Rubino is caring and helpful. Office staff was pleasant and very accommodating.
I have been to this office twice and a few phone calls . Every time the receptionist is miserable . I get you hate your job or life or people but it’s your job. I could never treat patients with an attitude . I always smile and say thank you have a great day. This last convo takes the cake so I finally was firm on asking for my records to be forwarded to out of state Dr and guess she actually had to do work .so again , she was annoyed in her tone . I’m sure others have complained.I cannot be the first because I usually let things go , but in pain I wasn’t letting her get away with it. I told her why are you making me drive a half hour each way to a new Dr to sign a paper to release my records . You can fax to new Dr . They said they don’t understand it as well. Dr. Rubino is excellent and I highly recommend him but good luck with her. Small office only two workers . Billing and annoyed receptionist .
Dr Mark Rubino is an excellent Neurologist and a stellar citizen of Naples Florida! I have been in his care for 23 years due to a terrible car accident. He is a caring and emphatic Doctor of medicine. I am very fortunate to have him as my doctor and recommend him with no reservations.
Dr Rubino is honest, helpful, kind & has really helped me with my chronic neck & horrible back pain. I’ve learned that the curvature in my lower spine requiers my going to PT & a chiropractor 3 times weekly. But I’m doing better. Stregnthening my core & learning how to stretch. It’s a long, slow process but I can see that it’s helping me. Dr Rubino is alway straightford.
Great doctor & staff. Professional & I never have to wait very long!
I have had serious symptoms for years that have gone either undiagnosed, or misdiagnosed. Dr.Rubino finally gave me the diagnosis that fit all these bizarre symptoms..MS. I am BEYOND grateful his office was able to take me as a new patient, and get me in as soon as they could. The doctor is very kind, empathic, knowledgeable and honest. I feel I chose the best doc for me, and I have no doubt he has my best health and no insurance status in mind. Though getting the MS diagnosis is not cause for celebration by any means, the relief I feel that I am now in the care of a smart, caring and experienced neurologist to treat my future MS symptoms, is a gift.. His office staff is very friendly, too. One of the things I REALLY love about his private practice is that when I call his office, AN ACTUAL HUMAN answers the phone.. not a recording, not a robot , and no listening to endless choices of what dept I need to get a hold of, or what #choice I need to enter... It's refreshing, and since I'm pretty deaf, it really helps me out communication-wise. Thank you, Dr.Rubino. Sincerely, Laura Kerns
My brother lived on the East Coast of Florida who recently had 2 strokes and a heart attack. He is living with us now and Dr. Rubino has been so helpful as we navigate next steps for his care. Dr. Rubino is extremely knowledgeable, patiently listens to concerns & fears, and directly communicates with professionalism and empathy. Bottomline: He alleviates our stress and we are confident we have an expert

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
