List of Mark Russo's Reviews
Great staff and convenient location, plus Dr. Russo is a Mets fan. Yeah go Mets!
What a POS belittling individuals because of their educational level. You should be ashamed of yourself.
Treated me for acute kidney disease and I had dialysis. After 6 months I was put on hold because he got my kidneys to wake up and I’m now getting better. He is great along with Dr Stricevic and Ludvig his PA and the rest of his staff. They are all good. US Renal Care on Immokalee Rd is also great under the attention of William and Jillion.
Yes. Place? Is horrible they do not care about their patients within 5 weeks? I went from a normal person to an invalid and all they could do was say. Look sorry whoops sorry I would not recommend them to anybody
Best caring ,professional nephrology group I love PA Lauren Bledsoe. She keeps me alive. 10 stars
Dr Russo is a very knowledgeable nephrologist. He and his team have managed my medically complicated daughter’s care very well. He focuses on medical care rather than sociable interaction.
I’ve been a patient going on 3 years. Every interaction has been positive and thorough. Dr. Russo and Lauren have been great at answering my questions; they actually spend time with their patients too. It is obvious from each of my visits that they are very busy and I can understand why. It was challenging getting scheduled as a new patient. I was referred by another specialist and it did take several phone calls before I was actually scheduled for an appointment. To date, I’m still of the opinion that the care at Naples Nephrology was worth the wait!
My names Tammy and was referred by my other incredible specialist Dr Cugini because of my Kidneys and finding out I was in Renal Failure. I will say with the upmost certainty that, Dr Russo has been a phenomenal blessing to me and my family because of first, his caring disposition and thorough knowledge of diseases along with his effort to help in any way that he possibly can.. He’s True to the oath !! So knowing how blessed I am having Dr Russo’s care , regardless of my countless medical issues and disabilities, really was felt in my heart knowing that I’m in the Best Hands ... HANDS DOWN!!!!! It’s so meaningful and incredible being able to say with feeling the sincerity Dr Russo shows towards his patients. My family and I are wholeheartedly thankful for every single effort he displays towards helping us with whatever types of issues &diseases we battle every day .. I wish more could learn from his ethics when treating patients!! Also , and an additional bonus would be his staff from checking in to reviewing with the nurses to checking out has been a wonderful experience!! This office works as a team and are very sweet .. so thank you ladies so much as well . My review is from my heart, as well as my experience dealing with boatloads of different doctors and offices for almost 30 years since first becoming ill with disabilities. Dr Russo I wholeheartedly appreciate and can’t thank you enough for everything!!
Waited an hour in a FULL office, when asked when we would be seen, told it would be at least another hour - No Apologies or Explanation. With a 2 hour delay, a good office would be contacting patients before they left home. Having such a disregard for patients is just ARROGANT! Keep in mind, most of the patients waiting were Seniors.
After waiting 1 hour in a FULL office with a 92 yr old, asked the office what time we would be seen. In a very off-putting tone was informed it would be at least another hour. Given the Doctor was running 2 hours behind schedule a considerate and functioning office would contact patients to inform them of the delay instead of having them drive, sit and wait. Arrogance beyond words, except Dr. Russo has lost a patient.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
