I truly never leave any reviews but I had to after my visit with Dr. Malz! I went to his office for a routine check up. The office in Naples Florida is beautiful and the receptionist was very nice and helpful as I was completing a form. Within minutes of my apt I was in the waiting room with the doctor! Most doctor apt you would be waiting for at least 30 min for the doctor. Dr. Malz was very pleasant and attentive. He listened to all my concerns and gave me clear instructions on what I needed to do. He even gave me his personal phone number in case I had additional questions and any emergencies - yes I did use it and HE ANSWERED THE PHONE. Thank you Dr. MALZ for listening and truly caring about your patients.

Worst costumer service eveeeer!! Lady that answers the phones does not want to schedule appointments. I wanted to schedule an appointment to get done blood work for green card for this Friday. She said there is no availability. I went online and they have availability every half an hour. I called back and she started screaming on me that she does not work on Fridays!!! I do not really care if she works or not. I want to know if the Dr works is who I want to see, not a front desk assistant that’s rude and has no respect for what she does. This lady’s behavior is just disgusting. No information provided beside screaming and hanging the phone 🤮🤮🤮 she does not understand English, you have to repeat yourself 100 times….and still she doesn’t understand. What is a person like this doing at the front answering phones???? Don’t spend money and time on this office.disguuusting All the good reviews are written by the employees, even the Dr reviewed himself😂😂

Parece barato200$, pero no lo es, el exámen médico es lo que te cobran, tienes que pagar por los exámenes de sangre(350$) y vacunas aparte(dependiendo de las que necesites), por lo que , al final, es mucho más caro que otras clínicas que por 450 o 500 te incluyen todo.

A few years ago, this doctor did an inspection for me and my wife for immigration purpose. One of the items on the check list is x-ray screen. Both my wife and I did the x-ray at the facility as requested by this doctor. Two years later, we learned from U.S. immigration office that the x-ray result for my wife was never included in the report. When I went to their office asking for correction, his front office lady denied everything with very bad attitude. This doctor himself also denied everything. My wife ended up having to redo the x-ray screen while she is pregnant! All because of the negligence of this doctor and his staff. This is not the right way of providing healthcare services.
