Hands down the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with kindness and care. They saw me last minute, and despite that, they never made me feel rushed. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly nice, professional, and compassionate. What truly set them apart was the follow-up—I was pleasantly surprised when they called me the next day just to check on how I was doing. That level of care and attention is rare, and it speaks volumes about their commitment to their patients.

Realmente lo pude confirmar con mis propios ojos No tienen nivel profesional ni capacitación para tratar con paciente . La última ves una “Dra “ rubia alta me hablaba con mala actitud y al voltear su cara y gesto eran de desagrado. Como si no tienen ganas de trabajar y lo hacen de mala gana ! Ni te miran y ya creen enviar el mismo medicamentos sin preguntar si realmente o asegurar de los síntomas que presenta el paciente .

Vine hoy 25 de febrero a las 11:28am, y pedí que me atendiera la misma doctora de la ultima vez, y la chica que atiende en el frente estaba como molesta por que pedi que me atendiera la misma proveedora que me atendio la semana pasada, fue bastante cortante y poco amable! Me dijo que debia esperar 1 hora yo sé que no era posible porque habían sólo 3 personas delante de mí! No les recomiendo este urgent care si quiere atención! Cuando uno esta enfermo al menos quiere amabilidad!

Excellent experience. Everyone was professional and welcoming and considerate. I saw Kelly and she very quickly recognized that I have bronchitis. She was prompt, warm and really listened - to both what I was saying and to my lungs ;-). Very caring and friendly and I felt right at home. We leave sunny Florida soon to return to cold New England. It’s uncomfortable being ill away from home, especially if, like me, you’re four years older than dirt. I was very relieved to receive such excellent treatment from everyone at MD Now Urgent Care - Golden Gate. Ten stars!
