both for Dr. Silva and Dr. shuster are amazing . Dr. shuster makes us new parents feel like he’s known us for so long and answers all your questions. Dr. Silva is amazing as well. My baby had bad acid reflux, where she was losing weight. Dr. Silva quickly changed her formula and we have not looked back. She always calls when I have a question and I feel this is the doctor who actually cares about her patients

Dr. Silva is amazing. We used to call and be able to get in quick and smoothly. As of late, the office has gone down hill. Every time my son is sick we are never able to get in. Was told my son can’t get a physical until September (it’s June). What good is a physical for school going to do if he can’t have one until September?! My god. The people that work in the front office..not good. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed. We will be switching pediatricians.

Amazing doctor. We trust her with our three kids. She treats us like family.

Dr Silva is the most amazing pediatrician I have ever known. She’s so caring and patient with my kids. She’s never in a rush and always listens to my questions and concerns as well as my children’s questions.

Never return phone calls

The doctors are great, but the front desk and staff needs major makeover! Don't even try to contact them by phone...it's a nightmare...and dont waste your time leaving a message they will NEVER call you back. Where do they find these monkeys??

We love Dr. Silva and have had my 4 kids there for 5 years or so. She has a calm demeanor and my kids are very comfortable with her. However the phones and front staff make it impossible to reach the doctor when needed, like when my son had an allergic reaction to the medicine Dr Silva prescribed. The staff refused to fit me in or even let me talk to a doctor or nurse. I called 3-4 times in two days and emailed and didn't get any response back until 6 days after the incident. I ended up taking him to urgent care. This is not the first time I've needed to get one of my kids in this year and had zero help from them and ended up in urgent care instead. They frequently turn on the phones late and turn them off early. Beyond frustrated with the office this year.

I love Dr. Silva so much, but trying to get in touch with anyone at that office is a nightmare. I have been calling everyday for a week now asking for a call back. No one has called me back. I even had the answering service leave a message. No return phone call. When i needed an urgent appointment for my son, they couldn’t make an appointment that day. What doctors office doesn’t take time for emergency visits?

She is caring, attentive and naturally good at what she does. Dr. Silva is top notch.

I had one of the best experiences I have ever had with a doctor and her team with Dr. Melissa Silva!!! Dr. Silva listened to all of my concerns and never made me feel rushed or like I was doing something wrong. She has a warm, kind spirit that fills the room. I could sense her smile even behind her mask. She and the nurses on her team even made my other child who was not being seen at the time feel special. If you are looking for a pediatrician in the Naples área that the family can bond and grow with, pay her a visit! Dr. Melissa Silva is a true diamond!! I hardly ever write reviews, but I had to rave about her 💖
