My husband has been to the office a couple times. It seems the office staff does have attitudes but Vicky in Billing is very rude and unprofessional. Dr Barile is wonderful though.

The Doctor and staff are totally outstanding. I've been under Dr. Bariles care for several years, and he is fantastic. If you dont know, he will take the time to explain. Keep in mind no 2 patients are the same but the treatment he has provided me works. Some like today asked me if I trust him and has it help. I said yes it has and he gained my trust years ago. I know, my issue is not going away and sooner or later I will need surgery. You cannot post phone it indefinitely but for the time being I will continue my treatments. Thank you Dr. Barile and your entire staff!!

Everyone's experience may differ but here's the details of my experience with this clinic. The staff up front is extremely rude and very dismissive. I called and asked one question i got answered with an attitude, i asked another question and before i could even finish my question she hung the phone up, i called back and got sent to voice mail. Really really unprofessional. This isnt the first time having issues with this clinic. Improvements necessary!!!!

Made my girlfriend uncomfortable. This guy is some sort of weirdo, can hardly believe he’s a doctor. Who gave him his license? What a joke. Keep your daughters away from this guy

His injection almost killed me & 17 others. At least 1 person died. It took me 2 years to get through the bacterial infection Mico Bacterium Abscessus, almost lost my leg, all from a contaminated needle injection from him. He is under investigation. I dont know why anyone would go to him. The Doctor who saved my life wants to testify against him because of all the damage and pain he has caused. I hope Florida Department of Health stops this man from hurting others

Highly recommend Dr Barile as a health professional I demand and expect professional compassionate care. That is exactly what I received it was so refreshing to go to a Dr in SWFL and actually get seen at my appt time. I was nervous about spinal injections for my neck and lower back from a severe whiplash injury from a car accident 10 days ago I was truly terrified I would not be able to return to work the pain was so severe. Dr Barile immediately impressed me with his obvious experience and desire to stop my pain I had 2 infections same day as first appointment literally took less than 5 minutes so glad I did!!! Immediate pain relief was told it would take 24 -72 hrs for relief. My injection was yesterday I’m completely pain free. Thank you Dr Barile!!!

Dr. Barile and his staff are extremely pleasant and he is so sweet and knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I've been going to him for lower back pain and he has been so helpful in making me feel better and recommending exactly what i need to make me feel better. If you are looking for a pain management doctor that actually CARES this is the place for you! Thankful for everything you've done for me Dr Barile!
