We were patients of Dr. Galups for a few years and everything was fine. He took the time to explain things and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. Knowledgeable and caring. However, after Corona virus came around they wouldn’t see you if you have any covid symptoms. Almost everything is a covid symptom. My wife had strep throat and asked to come in but wasn’t allowed. She had to go to an urgent care to be treated. What’s the point in having a concierge doctor if they won’t see you when you’re sick? The doctors assistant seemed irritated at this question and hung up the phone on me! My suggestion is save the money and just go to urgent care facilities when you need them.
