Everything happened as they said it would, timely, clean, friendly, and efficient facility. It was a great, helpful experience. I'm glad to have selected Dr. Woodward to be on my personal medical team.

I was very pleased with her guidance regarding surgery.

Dr. Woodward was extremely rude and uncaring. She was visibly annoyed by my questions and just wanted to finish the appointment and hand me over to her staff. She did not offer any explanations and has zero bedside manner. Dr Woodward may be knowledgeable but her attitude and demeanor left me very uncomfortable. I will not be returning to her care.

As a patient of hers I spoke with her nurse because I’m having problems with my CPAP. I was advised that I need to schedule an appointment to see her for her to write a prescription to have my CPAP machine fixed. Outside of that I was told that they did not accept my insurance and I should go to Amazon or eBay to find the parts to fix my machine! Don’t waste your time with her rude and inconsiderate office! In response to your rebuttal, as proof your nurse was too argumentative to listen to your patient. It is not the water chamber that is broken! It is the lid on the machine that pops open 3 -4 times nightly leaving me waking up sweating and gasping for air! I’ve played everyone games and I’m 3 weeks in an no resolve. Lincare is saying its your issue to correct, your office is saying it’s my issue to correct and is referring me to Amazon or ebay( totally unprofessional) Please don’t make it seem if I’m unreasonable if the problem was a $38 water chamber I would have purchase a dozen of them to have this problem solved, but that’s not the problem. I’m not going to remove the one star rating as requested and if I could give your office another one I will. You profession is healthcare not tiddlywinks! Your clients health care should be key and if I was the first person to respond in this manner then I’d be the problem, but that not the case!

I WAS a patient for over 5 years. I use a CPAP machine which is now giving me problems. I've been on the phone with my CPAP supplier (Lincare) who is horrible to deal for over two week. Finally the referred me back to Dr. Woodwards office who didn't have a clue and referred me to Amazon to purchase parts for a machine I don't have a clue about other than using it for the last 5 years. I didn't care that the office no longer accepts my Florida Blue HMO insurance and to self pay would no be a problem. BUT obviously it is! I've never dealt with a Doctors office who would refer you to Amazon to purchase parts or even ask to see the CPAP machine! don't waste your time!

Doctor, Staff and office are great. But be warned if you choose to buy a machine from them just like when I bought it from Naples oxygen years ago it is better to get your script, buy it out right and submit to your insurance on your own for reimbursement. In the end they received around $1,630 for a $650 CPAP.

I recently moved into the area and concerned about leaving my old sleep apnea doctor and care. Upon stepping into the offices of Sleep Disorders Center, my fears were erased immediately. From the front desk to exit desk, the staff and Dr. were pleasant, engaging, competent, helpful, and interested in me. I left with suggestions, a new game plan on continuing to address and monitor my sleep issues, and a great comfort feeling. First time visit - FANTASTIC!
