I took my 3 year old son here for his first dental appointment. From the initial phone call to the treatment, everything was great. The reception staff, hygenists, and dentist were all so gentle, kind, and fun. All the forms were sent to me by text right after hanging up the phone when I scheduled. So everything was quick and easy when we showed ip at the office. Their reception area is fun and inviting. They have colorful chairs, books, and some toys. The whole facility was very clean. We had two hygenists (I believe one was a student) and they were both very sweet. My son was able to pick a small toy before beginning his treatment and one again when he was all finished. They have televisions playing in the treatment areas. It was a little too distracting for my son, but a child who has a hard time settling may really appreciate it. They offered X-rays and fluoride in addition to the cleaning and visit with the dentist. I declined the X-ray and fluoride and there were no issues with that. They had fun colored kids glasses for him to wear during his cleaning and a big Bluey plush for him to hold while we spoke to the dentist. The whole treatment was quick and efficient. I’m very happy we found this office and I’ll definitely continue my son’s treatments there.
