Dr. Dalao is one of the best Cardiologist in town! He truly cares for his patients and their families. He is professional, patient and saved my husband's life (actually twice)! As a registered nurse I can assure you that he goes above and beyond in his practice and for his patients.

I went to visit Dr Dalao this past week and I was so impressed by Him and his wonderful staff. They greeted me immediately with a big smile and made me feel very comfortable. The ladies who work in the front office will help set up appointments on ur phone and are very patient as they show you how to get your lipid profile and send it to Dr Dalao office. They make learning Fun. The Doctor also has a lovely nurse who checks your blood pressure and asks if you have any questions. They Listen. The Doctor is Terrific and his staff are caring kind ,fun and knowledgeable . I had a 5 star experience because of them. Thank You

Office staff Gladys is extremely disconcerted, poses no empathy, comes across very robotic in regards to patient’s situation. Customer service training may be a helpful option. The cardiologist is great, but the front office staff should support him and reflect the same.

Dr. Dalao saved my husband's life! My husband was having chest pain and saw Dr. Dalao. After speaking with him an echocardiogram was done which revealed a severe aorta blockage. Dr. Dalao called another physician to do aortic valve replacement. The procedure was done and a pacemaker was needed. Even though Dr. Dalao was on vacation, he still came to the hospital to check on my husband and put in the pacemaker. If it wasn't for Dr. Dalao my husband would not be alive today. He is very knowledge, kind, and compassionate. He cares for his patients and goes above and beyond.
