Nancy Vance's Online Review Report Card

I've been a patient for five years. I can tell you that the ones who wrote negative reviews don't understand what Functional medicine is all about. Dr. Vance and her staff are absolutely amazing and care deeply about their patients. You won't find a better staff, and Doctor who truly cares and is as knowledgeable. Sadly, most people don't realize that insurance wont cover this type of medicine. She believes in listening to her patients and doing whats best for them and not based on whats best for insurance. You wont find a better compassionate, and doctor.

I agree with the above review. Only out to get your money, doesn’t take insurance. Why not? Is she a real MD? Or can anyone put MD behind their name. And why does she use Uptown Chemist to call in scripts? Why not Walgreens or CVS? That pharm does not take your insurance either. It is a crock.

I think the doctor and staff are wonderful!!! I love everything about this doctor and office!!! They both go above and beyond to help!!! Naples is so lucky to have this doctor and the staff!!!!!

A bit perplexed about this office. It is functional medicine so we all know you pay cash no insurance and expect more personalized service in return . Well this office does not anwser the phones or return phone calls. First impressions are crucial when deciding about your healthcare. How can you feel comfortable moving forward if you cannot even get a response when you call the office? The office is not following any safety protocols in relation to the pandemic. Patients are having IV infusions in a tight space very close to one and other not wearing any mask. Anyone coming in office like UPS or Federal express none of them are required to wear a mask. Medical staff has no gloves or mask If they serve you water they give it to you in a glass. I feel a office like this should be able to afford a small bottled water for patients. It would be more sanitary than a staff member hands all over the glass. Some of these aspects may not bother some however for me I will continue my search.

I have been with Dr. Vance for a couple of years and am very impressed with her continued interest in my well being. In the beginnaing, she told me that my journey into better health would be a marathon....not a sprint. She reminds me that it took a long time for me to get into this ill condition and that I should be patient and vigilant in compliance with my treatment plan. SHE WAS RIGHT!! It took a while, but I am now feeling like a whole woman again. My lab reports have improved tremendously, and even my family and friends comment on how well I look and seem. I will continue to follow Dr. Vance's advice on how to regenerate my systems. She is truly one of a kind!

So far so good, staff is amazing and Dr Vance is very knowledgeable in the field of genetics.

Amazing healer with a personal touch and super caring staff in a joyful atmosphere!

First two visits were fine, but after that too many red flags. Made appointments way in advance so that I didn't miss work, but every time I sat waiting for over 30 minutes. Saw no improvement from the IV vitamins. She also claimed to have given me a combined estrogen/testosterone implant, which raised my testosterone levels way above that of an 18 year old boy, ( I am a 58 you female!) and NO change in estrogen level. ( Proven by bloodwork) Waste of money and time.

I am impressed with the knowledge, & compassion that Dr. Vance has for her patients. Although it is on the expensive side it is worth every penny. It is very difficult to find a doctor who truly is compassionate, and cares about a patients well being. I am so appreciative to find such a caring individual and staff. Yes, they don't take insurance but anybody who knows about functional medicine knows it is very hard to find a doctor who does, & insurance that will cover the tests she orders.
