Absolutely appalling. The nurse who checked us in should not be working with people, especially those in distress. Had to wait over 4 hours with my 90 year old Mother despite already having an X-ray that showed a hip fracture. She should have been directly admitted. This was not good patient care or doing what is best for patients and we will never go here again. There was recently a situation where a patient became violent and police had to intervene. It would not surprise me if this incident ignited as a result of unprofessional conduct and frustration in this ER department. NCH should be ashamed of themselves.

Wow I wouldn’t give stars but unfortunately i had to give one, I can’t believe this hospital I will never come back here as my 6 year old fell and hit head very hard in a wall, and the nurses and doctors were all just sitting around not wanting to do there job, As the doctor come in to examine my daughter he said said we can 1 of 2 things check her like I did or do a CT scan but I want to let you know that it will cause cancer, so in my opinion I wouldn’t umm what are you kidding me?!! I never in my life would ever think that would ever be professional for a doctor to even say such a thing to a patient, This hospital is just a disgrace and downright disgusting on how they treat kids. How about you do your damn job cause you’re getting paid either way! This hospital needs to be shut down in my honest opinion.

Outstanding experience. In and out in less than 3 hours (my mom hit her head hard). They did all test and took good care of her. Thanks!

You have to be patient when you go to this Emergency, even if your pain is very strong, you have to wait hours for them to attend to you and then hours for them to tell you that you have it, it is terrible and frustrating

Annalee Knowles, Physicians Assistant treated my friend who had a treble fish hook in his index finger. She had to use a surgical scalpel to cut it out. Throughout the whole procedure she was caring and very capable. Everyone at this facility is very nice. The place is quiet and clean.

Slow very very slow been here 3 hr still have not see a Dr. Lady at the Desk was very upset that she is the only one that ever work the others leave everything for her.

Had a morning kidney stone. Staff was great and I was lucky was passing on its own. I am greatful for that location and had a good experience.

Worst hospital ever,my kid was no taken care of immediately,they told us ,we'll be waiting up to 24 hrs even when his broken nose was still bleeding

Great service. Expert care. Took my husband to this Er a month ago with chest pain/racing heart. They addressed it immediately and soon had him back in sinus rhythm. Then they transferred him to Baker Hospital, which is their Heart Center. I wish their website (NCH's) would make that clear. I'd called Baker that day before Thanksgiving wondering where to go but no one answered. So I set out for this ER. Carolina and the crew on duty that day were wonderful. I was in healthcare for many years. This place provides five star service.
