Very convenient for a quick diagnosis for cold, flu etc. You can call ahead and they will call you back when it's your turn to come in.👍. Dr. Galloway was very thorough. Highly recommend.

I have been here many times, never the most friendly or caring. For a quick diagnosis or physical, the simple things, this establishment serves a purpose. I went today so sick I can barely stand. I have changed insurance since my last visit. After presenting my new insurance I was told it was not accepted, and was refused treatment. I was not allowed to pay out of pocket nor could the person I brought with me. If I could I would give a zero.

Excellent care! Absolutely the highlight of our day. Receptionist, nurse and Dr. Mary Galloway were fast, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommend this office!!

I was so pleasantly surprised by the facility and its team! I LOVE the “Wait at home” feature. Instead of hanging out in the waiting room for hours, you can virtually “get in line”. You can text for updates to know when you’re close to the front of the line and then head over. Talk about a HUGE time saver! Once I arrived, I checked in and was taken back within about 15 minutes. Kristin, the RN and Val, the PA, were warm, caring, and efficient. I think total time from start to finish was about 40 minutes. And unlike most other facilities, I wasn’t abandoned in the treatment room for a long time. I hope I never have to return, but if I had any other medical issue, I would not hesitate to come back here!

I'm so glad that I found this place. The staff and doctors were very friendly. The doctors took their time to explain and answer any questions. I only wish that I had an Urgent Care like this one located near me back home in Michigan.

I mean to write a review for the Proscan Imaging clinic in this building. The staff at the front desk and radiology tech that tended to me and my grandmother were very nice and fast. My grandmother said that Rocio, the radiology tech, was very pleasant and made her feel comfortable as she was nervous going in. Overall would recommend to anyone!
