Extremely rude and dismissive staff that will not acknowledge incorrectly listed hours. Their sign says “immediate care,” but then will not even give you the time of day unless you schedule an appointment online. That defeats the entire purpose of a walk-in clinic.

Immediate access to an experienced MD as well as a professional nursing staff. While busy on arrival, they allowed us to return home to wait. We were called back earlier than promised.

I had a great experience with NCH Vanderbilt. I am here in Naples for the winter and do not have a local doctor, so this seemed like a good place to start. I registered online, then called. The receptionist confirmed my registration and told me they would call back when I could come in for my appointment. She predicted it would be about a 2-hour wait. In about an hour, I received a call asking me to come in. Once at the office, my wait time was less than 10 minutes. The receptionist and nurse were professional and caring. I was examined by Dr Cox. She was also professional and thorough. She recommended a CT scan, which NCH scheduled for me at a nearby imaging facility. She gave me reference numbers for doctors that I could see to follow up on my scan. Less than an hour later, my scan was complete and I was back home. Later that day, I received a call from NCH Vanderbilt letting me know my scan was clear. Based on my experience, I would choose to go to this facility again if needed and I would recommend it to others.

WORST URGENT CARE IN NAPLES!!!! They told us we had to wait 3 hours so we left and came back, but it has been 5 and every time we talk to the receptionists they have an attitude. We will not be coming back here. Extremely disappointing.

Good place to go for prompt care. It is very hard to get a same day appointment with your primary care Dr. so this is my go to when it cannot wait. Always found good care and great doctors here. Make an appointment on line ASAP to insure you get an appointment.

Brought wife today. Was 3rd in line when opened. 1 hr 45 minutes waiting and my wife still not checked in. Service is absolutely awful.

This is the preferred urgent care place we go to. My docyors are with NCH and the recoeds are always recorded on our file. Service is quick and the doctors are very professional. Highly recommended
