Nena Korunda's Online Review Report Card

I find Dr Korunda to be a thorough and good internist - when you can get her. She has had a couple of great NPs in past that I trusted and was happy to see them in between my annual visits with doctor. She now has an inexperienced PA who has made a couple of gaffes, is not responsive, doesn’t return calls. When messages are left for the doctor, you may or may not hear from a medical assistant and you have no idea if the doctor ever saw the message. Need to get nurses back in the office who are trained to understand medical priorities - RNLPN - at least one to triage. And if a PA/NP is going to be seeing patients, interpreting results, making medical decisions for patients, need to have one with some experience. I do like the office staff and trust the physician, but it’s the gap between physician and patient that is sorely lacking at this point - for lack of actual nurse to triage and more importantly a mid-level provider who is up to the job.

Very happy with my care with Dr. Nena Korunda. Dr. Korunda is so professional yet friendly, makes one feel as though they are very Important. I have been her patient for 13 years now. She has always helped me throughout the years and I will continue to see her for years to come. Blessed to have her as my primary physician.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. THE DR REQUESTED AN MRI, IT WAS DONE INCORRECTLY AND I WAS CHARGED FOR IT. I TRIED RESOLVING THE ISSUE, EITHER BY GETTING A REFUND OR GETTING IT DONE AGAIN, THEY DIDN'T RESOLVE THE ISSUE. TOLD ME AN OFFICE ADMIN WOULD CALL ME AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. 3 MONTHS LATER I RECEIVED A COLLECTION NOTICE, WHEN I CALLED AGAIN THEY SAID THE TECH THAT HAD PERFORMED THE MRI WAS NO LONGER THERE AND THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. I ENDED UP PAYING THE FEE TO AVOID GETTING MY CREDIT HURT, BUT I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM. STRONGLY SUGGEST ANYONE TO LOOK FOR A BETTER CENTER

NEED HELP "now"

I don’t know how much I can go into details by law so I keep it short. I had VERY unpleasant experience not only with Dr. Strock but with the entire facility at that point that I had to complain to my Health Insurance. They even told me to better choose another provider. Beside the horrible experience they charged me $10 copay. I have a 0 and it's written on my card. They insisted that I have to pay...... I’m glad I have the choice where to go and so do you. I would definitely not recommend Dr. Strock or Korunda Medical. In stars 1 would give them a minus 5

I waited for over an hour at my appointment to be seen for 5 minutes, so you can be an hour late and still be early. Worst scheduling I've EVER had happen to me...except the DMV, kinda

Very nice medical center. Staff is polite and professional. M.D. Korunda takes wonderful medical care of my mother.

I have been calling for 2days to make a new patient appointment. Each time I’m put on hold over and over. Finally someone picked up and said Toys are Us??? I said what? I’m on hold with a doctors office, they said oh, I’m a medical assistant hold on I’ll put you back to the front desk. After waiting on hold once again I gave up. Looking for a different doctor.👎😡

She used to be great but since becoming a mini clinic she sees patients only for annuals. Then she has no time to answer questions. There is no patient doctor relationship. Two people I referred to her have left or are looking for a new doctor.

Dr. Korunda no longer makes time to be with patients. I had referred 2 people to her and both are looking for new doctors. She will only see you for an annual and then doesn’t have time to answer questions. There is no patient doctor communication, very abrupt and disinterested.
