I love Nuviva, last year I lost 40lbs! The program was easy for me to do. All the staff at the Naples office are awesome ❤️! I did not maintain; I did not gain all the lost weight back only 20 lbs. Hubby gave me (guess what, they take Care Credit!) the 10 week special as an early Christmas gift as a wonderful encouragement, I am #thankful, I love it! I have always been told that the only way to lose weight is to change your eating habits, but no one ever taught me how to change. At Nuviva with the help of Michael and all the amazing staff I learned how to make changes that easily fit into my life. I feel like Nuviva is a family that truly wants me to succeed and to live a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable. I have never been able to lose weight like this in my life. I have tried every weight loss program out there. And I would lose weight but not like this, and I could never keep it off. With Nuviva I lost weight in places I never believed I could and with the help of the staff I was able to do it and feel great the whole way through! They created a way to eat that worked for me and that fit into my life style. I’m so grateful to Nicky, Leanne, Deisy, Leyna and Michael for all of their nonjudgmental and incredibly supportive help!! You guys changed my life!! NuViva has the best staff to encourage and inform you! Even though i met (and exceeded) my weight loss goal 7 years ago I still visit them to support my immune system and the staff helps to keep me ‘honest’ if the scale starts creeping up again! 😘Legna (reception), Nicky (all the nurses, really) and Michael ( counselor ) are always supportive, non-judgmental and friendly. They ARE the BEST!
