I suggest to have a better customer service front desk if you don’t want to keep losing customers, yesterday I had a really bad experience there, I WOULD GIVE 0 starts if I COULD! I went in, to my appointment and due to traffic I get there 8 min late, the Hispanic lady told me in a rude way that I was late, and to hurry to fill out the paper. While I was filling it out she told me that if I called my insurance because apparently they don’t take VSP. Always when she talked to me was in a rude way, I told her okay, and she grab the paper and I walked away. I called my insurance to ask if was true that optical outlets didn’t take VSP and my insurance told me that yes they do. Anyways, I would never took my business to that place anymore.

Do not go to this place! Reception is RUDE and Dr Warmack was even more rude while sitting in the back doing nothing! DO NOT GO HERE!

Excelente atención,apesar del Dr no hablar español su atención fue excelente, la asistente Dayana me ayudó muchísimo para que obtuviera los lentes que necesitaba,su atenciónfue maravillosa también!!! Lo recomiendo 100% ,mi familia y yo seguiremos regresando todos los años..! GRACIAS. !!!

I scheduled appointments online, ‘Nature’ or someone with a similar sounding name called me to confirm the day prior to the appointment and was rude and condescending on the phone. We arrived and she was again rude and condescending. A couple of the people who worked there were nice enough but they whisper about you when they think you’re not listening. My husband who is the most easy going polite person ever was ready to walk out in the middle of our appointments too. Not sure if this lady hates her job, wasn’t raised right, was never taught manners, or is just plain lazy and hateful but none of those things is the customers fault. Get an attitude adjustment, ‘Nature’!

I don’t typically leave reviews but honestly had one of the worst experiences and eye care should not be taken lightly. Went in 3 weeks ago to get my annual eye check up and check out my eye that had been really red. The doctor told me it was just allergies (it was only one eye and not itching or watering) and told me to pick up over the counter allergy meds. After 2 weeks of not getting better I tried to get in touch with the doctor. They said that the doctor “does not call patients” and that id have to stop in. Doctor wasn’t going to be in for a week. I stopped in the first day they said he’d be back and they told me his schedule was packed and couldn’t talk to me. After pressing, they said that he might be able to talk to me if I waited 3 HOURS. the lady then looked at her notes and said the doctor had made a note to get ahold of me to say he changed his mind and it might be an infection. I had called back 3 TIMES since then and nobody decided to tell me that. An infection is a seriously different diagnosis than allergies and the doctor didn’t even have the decency to call and tell me that or even spend 5 minutes to talk to me. Terrible experience and would never recommend anyone go there.
